You cannot get them to answer the phone when you contact Customer Support. They’ve sent the wrong darts and even the return page will not allow me to return the darts that they have sent wrong 

The Team at Paul Smith London Kings Cross are really friendly above and beyond and treat me with respect and kindness.
The Customer Service team within Paul Smith have been great very friendly professional and cheerful.

Left instructions to ring the bell being blind means I have to search the porch to try and find the package when ringing the bell would've meant I knew the package was there and it could've been handed to the occupier you trybeing blind looking for stuff that you don't know where it is
