We were promised a gift upon getting a credit card (union bank). There are many obstacles before receiving it... use the cc at a certain amount (thirty k or more). And then wait six months. Dozens of follow ups, different people answering, different tickets... It has been almost a year and no gift yet.
Our ticket number is #222029.
Same old, same old... delay and delay. Been communicating with a woman named Aera, but she has no answers.
