Very disingenuous

Very disingenuous. Anyone who can add 2+2 can see shipping isn't free’ as Walmart claims.
When a price for a product is higher because shipping is chosen, then you are paying for shipping.
And when an item in my cart experiences a ‘price change’ when I change the shipping address, then you are paying for shipping.

Lee on a downhill slide

They would do better to ship with USPS Ground Advantage NOT FedEx. 3 weeks to ship is ludicrous. Most complaints address this and quality. Ditto here.
Material of items I buy are so thin they wear out much more quickly than historically. They don't seem to make a work jean anymore. I buy because I can still find one that fits decently.
It is also, almost impossible, to identify an item by the numbers provided on the labels. They are unsearchable, or if you really like them, out of stock if a sale is in progress .
Lee really needs to work on customer service, delivery and quality before the name loses all credibility.

FedEx Smartpost =Dumbpost

FedEx Smartpost should be renamed dumbpost. A lightweight item took almost 3 weeks from NC to central Oregon. Mostly due to incompetence at FedEx routing-4 days in Troutdale, 5 days in Portland, sent to wrong hub, Unity-which is 6 hrs bypassing me again.
Takes another 4 days (still FedEx responsibility) to get back to the correct PORTLAND USPS . Once in USPS hands, was delivered the next day. FedEx 'exceptions' are incompetence and lack of care. To sit idle for 5 days at multiple hubs is ludicrous.

Avis sur Walmart

Walmart, a poor option

Walmart is very disingenuous. They say free shipping over $35. But the prices are significantly higher than in store. And, some, even though sold by Walmart (not another vender) have ridiculous shipping fees tacked on 3-4x more than the product itself.
The online search function returns mostly irrelevant results and are impossible to filter. Quotes etc don't work. Their filters, side menu, are tedious, time consuming and only work partially.
Customer Service is a very poor misnomer. Very polite people but all they can do is explain why they can't do anything to rectify a bad situation.
On top of all that, the website keeps shifting me to a location 600 miles from me, even though I choose the correct location, and save, numerous times.
If Walmart wants to compete, they need to tremendously up their game.

Slow response and poor communication

I placed an order based on a friend's recommendation about the product and customer service. I received an order confirmation. The next day I received a 'thank you' for my order, and a gift. 3 days after that I received an email saying my order has been cancelled, with no explanation.
I tried the chat feature to ask why. It said I could wait or if I closed the chat I would receive an email . I never closed the chat and never received a chat answer.
I did receive an email saying 'it looks like it's out of stock'- not very definitive.
Very poor communication and poor practice to cancel with no explanation-4 days after the order was placed.
I am very disappointed after my friend's exceedingly complimentary approval.

Worthless (or nearly so) Gift Incentives

gocrv.com handles so-called travel gift certificates given as incentives to entice you to visit a timeshare, or to buy into, or move an account, with one travel/vacation company to another.
They seem to be written in order to make it as difficult as possible to use them.
Customer service personal are friendly but given no useful information to help.
The current 'gift' requires me to register it. A choice of 3 packages with different 'reservation fees' are available. Very little info is given when clicking on the 'Learn More' button. The least expensive one shows very few destinations with 'other' as a choice. Customer service can provide no enlightenment as to what is available. Only 'reservations' can. But reservations is not reachable until you jump through hoops and pick your package and pay, then choose preferred dates and alternate dates (at least 30 days later) FOR THE SAME LOCATION. No thought given to the probability that you might not have a reason to visit the same place month(s) apart.
Again, so-called Customer Service can only tell you how to proceed to the next step -I.E. choose dates and locations that may not be at all useful with no information.
Customer service at the company providing the certificate has no real information about them, only some feedback from previous recipients. They do not even know how they work-I.E.- steps to be taken.
The set up with gocrv is horrible and they should be able to provide some useful guidelines for choices and customer service with a little helpful information as opposed to -go jump through the hoops- and hope for the best.
I don't know whom is responsible for writing these but issuing companies should familiarize themselves these when offering them and have sales people familiar with the limitations.

Government Inefficiency Exemplified

I'd give less if possible. Can't get hold of anyone. The helpline recordings are useless and don't address the issue. Have tried multiple times and days.
The site sends me a link for identification where you have to take a picture of your id but the picture taking does not work. The area highlights and does nothing else.
Contact us: does not work. Automated-useless. Have sent 2 help tickets with no response.
Agree with another. Trump should get rid of this or replace it. It serves no useful purpose and to get other companies to join for id purposes is ludicrous.

Avis sur Indeed

Noté 2 sur 5 étoiles

New and vastly WORSE

The new platform is far from useful or user friendly. No way (that I could find) to search by key word.
Job titles leave a lot to be desired and don't allow for the overlap that a word search does.
the set up by state is pathetic. You get columns of 'Jobs in ???' cities with no clue of where they may be located. Have to go to google maps or similar to see where job might be. And even if you search under a given city, the position may be hours away.
No longer user friendly or very helpful.
****Update. I stay with my original rating. I received a response from Indeed that did little to address the issues stated. They did recommend a boolean search but from my several visits to the site I could not find a search engine. They also are recommended going to their 'Career Guide', most of which is useful information but not needed by me. However, within the 'Career Guide' is a subtitle/menu choice for 'Finding a Job' (which I would think would be the same as 'Browse jobs' on the main Indeed page-sub menus, but it is not. This actually was the search engine I tried to find, in vain. Now, by pure luck, I found it. The person responding did not point out where this 'boolean search' could be found.
User friendly gets 1 star, The site still gets 2 stars. I think it could use a drastic overhaul.

Réponse : Indeed

Hi Sue, to explain, our search engine will always show results based on relevance. If a certain job title has very limited availability in a location, our search engine will automatically show other jobs beyond your initial search query. We'd also recommend using a boolean search to get the most relevant results.

We would advise checking out our Career Guide page: https://www.indeed.com/career-advice, there are some great resources here that will assist with all areas of your job search.

We hope this is helpful. Good luck!
