My front bumper was ripped off and my insurance company decided to use FMG in leeds. That was a Big Mistake.

The first four weeks they were waiting for a part that costs £12.50 that I could have gotten myself with next day shipping. I spoke to the insurance company about this, asking if I could just get the part. They called FMG and FMG called me back within the hour stating they could now source the part, miraculously.

After another week of waiting they told me I could collect the car. When collecting the car, it had not been repaired properly. The bumper and bonnet were still a mess, the bonnet had not been sprayed, and the bumper was not the correct colour. The bumper was also hanging away from the wing (the struts connecting the bumper and wings were broken away they should have fixed or repaired).

I complained to the insurance company, they asked me to take it back to FMG.

In total the car was in and out of FMG five times. They damaged other areas of my car including the rear bumper and the part they were initially waiting for.

In the end (six months later) the insurance company have had to pay me out for the repairs to be carried out by a third party and give me compensation for all the messing around.
