I bought a day 2 test today. Received an email but no travel locator ID. Unable to contact them. They do not respond to emails either. Waste of money.
Amended reply:
Since the company have replied to my email and have dealt with my issue. Hence I have amended my review from one to 4 stars.

I have paid for 4 day-2 tests, I was charged an extra 25£ for delivery (one week before arrival to the U.K. with no option to choose cheaper delivery) and less than a day from my trip, I haven’t received the booking reference so I cannot complete the PL forms.
No one is picking the phone and I have emailed twice but still no answer, hours later.

AVOID! Never received my test!!!
Never received my day2 lateral flow test despite paying £15 for express delivery! No one picks the phone up either! Complete waste of money!!!!

Money taken 4 days ago for day 2 test. Never received booking reference. Test never arrived. Complained over the e-mail but mail can't be delivered. It's only one possible conclusion... How to reach you if I can't send mail to you and phone calls are without answer?!

We get in contact. Parcel delivered. I get my ref number but a little bit too late.

The 2-day test kit was full of mould…
The 2-day test kit was full of mould and impossible to contact 01TravelTest either via email or phone. They appear to use North London Labs for the testing but they are equally impossible to contact. I paid extra for the express (£75) and hence will seek a refund through my credit card company.

Good Evening Dr vaccine,I am deeply shocked with the low level of the test kit to covered in mould.
To provide a full refund you will need to show evidence of purchase from another provider so we can issue this code to department of health that it hasn’t been used.
As we use a partner lab to send out
Our test kits I will inform this to them. Would it be possible to upload a picture?

I was supposed to get an activation code/booking reference to activate the kit but never got one and I can't get in touch with the company. Not trustworthy

Kit arrived late, but all worked out well in the end.
This was an expensive service, however it turned out to be worth the extra money. The kit was well packaged and the instructions were clear, I sent the sample off as instructed and received my results (negative) promptly. Thank you.
