The shoes were delivered within a few days of placing the order they arrived well packaged in perfect condition. I couldn't get the shoes from Clarks and was so pleased that Shoes123 had them. Would definitly purchase from them again.

Ordered a pair of Ecco boots which were at a very competitive price, arrived promptly, lovely quality, lovely boots unfortunately they were just not right for me.
I returned boots in the new packing bag enclosed, printed label and took to post office, as soon as they were received at 121, 2 days later my refund was issued. Great service 10/10.
Definitely recommend this company.
