I wanted to leave some feedback for Josh, who helped me arrange my taxi insurance. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood my options. He was patient, professional, and made what could have been a stressful task feel straightforward and easy.
I really appreciated how responsive he was to my questions and how he went the extra mile to find the best solution for me. Thanks to Josh, I now feel confident that I have the right cover in place.
