Zero- don't waist you money
I would give ZERO stars if I could.
This company basically took the information I provided to them and sent it right back to me. They found another person with the same name, but it was clearly the wrong person because the birthday did not match. They also provided an address that I already knew the person had not lived at during the time listed.
When I asked for an explanation or requested their “100% guarantee” refund, I only received one-sentence responses and no real explanation. They refused to issue a refund even though the information was incorrect and not useful.
In my opinion, they did not provide any information I could not have found myself. I now have to go through PayPal and my credit card company to try to get my money back.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.

1SkipTrace honored their guarantee of not charging anything if they are unable to locate a subject after they attempted to do so, and they applied my payment to a different assignment which they completed in a very timely manner and enabled my team to effectuate a service of process. This vendor is professional and easy to work with. They are now my go-to vendor for skip traces.
