The price was right. The salesman never tried to sell us what we didn’t want. The delivery men were on time, and had the suite in the house assembled in the room we wanted, and took away our old furniture. Could not fault them at all.

My overall experience was great as visited showroom and sofa delivered in two weeks. Just a slight communication issue with delivery company

The delivery was on time and they updated me along the way. Andy and Jay put the furniture together really quickly. They were friendly, polite and took all the packaging away. I would strongly recommend Andy and Jay.

Would give no stars if I was able to.
Order placed on 6th Sept, Cancelled on 17th Sept, after 4 failed deliveries still getting delivery texts from SGK on 3rd Oct. Took a full month to get my money back after they took it instantly when purchased. Appalling service, avoid. Still getting phone calls off the delivery company afer my refund absolute joke.

Just like to thank Rob & Theo for doing the impossible and removing our old three piece suit and installing our new 3+2

Very pleased with the customer service that I received from purchasing from Adobe, really useful to be able to track my delivery. Delivery guys Jay and Andy were great and had both sofas set up in no time at all. Would certainly recommend to others.

Such a lovely, massive sofa. Rob and Theo did a great job to carry it all through the stairs( bless them) and assemble it for me with so much politeness and they communicated all through the journey to keep me updated as they delivered the sofa.Highly recommend.

Stupid Ai set up , no follow ups to countless messages sent . Very quick at delivering however my order was left outside in a box . Then discovered the chair did not have blue tooth speaker even though advertised! Still waiting for full refund and chair to be collected

Not happy at all with the company the delivery was a day late when the delivery finally got here the guys in wrapped the packaging and the driver pointed out damage on 1 of the sofa said he will take a photo himself and told me to contact abode about damage this was weeks ago I had one message from someone asking what type of damage it is and that’s all haven’t said about replacing it or nothing just gone silent.

The simplicity of placing an order, confirmation of the order, delivery within days as agreed with the delivery agent. Happy with the purchase and quality.

What an amazing quick service. Bought a 3 and a 2 seater sofa on Sunday and delivered by Wednesday. Rob and Kieran were so helpful and a quick in setting it all up. Would definitely recommend

They sent sofa to wrong address then blamed my dad, and wanted the delivery fee again, so cancelled the order and they still haven't refunded him. Really friendly staff when making a purchase but rude bullies when there was an issue that was their fault to an OAP, trying to con more money out of him. And have had no reply from customer services regarding dad's refund.

Delighted with the experience in the showroom in Farnham - not pressured at all but efficient. Delivery time exceptional too - just a couple days. Never had that before when buying furniture.
