Had my sofas deliverd today rob and theo did an excellent job i would give them a 10 out of 10 they was very polite was earlier than the time they had said they would be here cleaned up after themselves and took away all the packing and old sofas thank you very much we love the sofas and will definitely be recommending them

We were left to explore the showroom which was nice, once we had questions we approached the sales team, Bertie was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and even though the showroom was due to close he encouraged us to continue going through things. I was happy to secure the sofa via a small deposit which was also very pleasing.
An all round great experience and would highly recommend Abode, especially Bertie. Brilliant service

Form the first moment in the shop to having my sofas delivered Jack in the shop and Rob & theo were excellent and the sofas are great we are now prode owners of a 3 seater and 2 seater recliners thank you very much

Delivered on time by rob and theo very proffesional and polite guys put furniture together and took old furniture and all cardboard away furniture is so comfortable and looks amazing thank you both and abode furniture

Everything went really well from the sales room to the home delivery guys they were very helpful I paid for the full install so that I could see it before they left they were thorough and tidy I would have no worry about recommending the store to friends and family.

Fast, easy, no bs service. Bought a sofa and it came 4 days later, delivery chaps took my old wrecked one away. Happy with the new one.

I had previously put a review on trustpiot when purchashing our corner sofa, we were asked at the time to do so, infact i feel we were pressured at the time, to write one.
I am now here to tell anyone please beware! We made the mistake of trusting that we would get what we ordered.
At the time of delivery we knew our order was wrong, but the delivery staff would not help at all.
For 2 whole weeks now we have been trying to get things put right, with no success, just passed around,
The salesman has passed un true information back to head office, we are no nearer getting the problems resolved. We shopped in the Manchester show room
Be aware if your buying a corner unit with electric recliners there are 3 type of consoles, we ordered duel controls, they delivered hot/cold cup ones, we cant even get them to admit the mistake, let alone change to what we ordered. And at the time of ordering we were not made aware there are different ones, while we were shown the duel console, sat in the sofa in the showroom testing it and asking to purchase exactly the same, we were not told there were any different ones.
We have been delivered, internal electric recliners that you have to shove your hand inbetween the seats to use, i have already hurt my hand trying to do this, and i can only imagine the damage to the sofa this will cause over time, we ordered a unit where this would be controlled on the console, but thats not what we got.
Also we bought the 5 year warrenty, but when ive asked for the paper work on this, im told there is none, and currently have no idea who supplies this support or who to contact should there be a problem, if its Abode direct i worry with the current experience we wouldnt get anything fixed.
We also ordered a footstool which has been delivered in the wrong material and can not get them to take it back or change it.
The whole experience is most dissapointing, we've ended up having a substandard product not fit for purpose, no customer service and a huge expense.
Please beware when making any purchase, we made the massive mistake of trusting the sales man to be honest re his mistake at the time of order, and the bigger mistake of letting him know what our spend limit was.
Check the emailed paperwork you get sent, even better ask them to explain it in detail at the time of order, its not clear on there at all.
There is a huge level of dis honesty going on with us right now so please be very careful.
