Very easy to order and delivery was within 4 days, fantastic!! The sofa is very comfortable, just waiting to see how it wears over time.

So easy ordered on the Sunday and was in my room ready to use by the Thursday

Get better people to dring things the ones I had was not nice at all paid £139 to take old one away spent hour trying to tell them I had payed a lot of money they just keep saying they was not notified they did take it in the end but was very stressed

Delivery men did a great job taking away old furniture and installing new in no time

The price was unbeatable value

The 2 lads who delivered my furniture were very polite friendly and very efficient at getting my furniture into my house.a credit to abode.

So from ordering to the day of delivery went smoothly, excellent customer service that I can't fault. They held the furniture until we got our flooring in which was great for us.

Day of delivery is another experience. V1 delivey drivers started taking out old sofa out upright and squeeze it through a door that was the same height. We pleaded with them that the sofa will go through no issues if you take it out length ways and the legs off. They ignored the pleas and said "we've been doing this for years".

Anyways they continue, we videoed them and then damaged our brand new flooring that got installed the day before.
We contacted abode for advice while drivers where there and they said to do an email with all photos and evidence. Got told to continue with the delivery and video them taking the sofa in the house.

I advised the team to bring the new sofa in and that I'll be recording incase any further damage is done. They then decided to pack up and take our new sofa with them and leave old sofa outside.

I am now without a sofa, have mobility issues so need a resting area. Abode furniture are not happy with V1 delivery team. Abode have tried their best to resolve the issue and will deliver a new sofa set.

Will be claiming damages to flooring and also compensation for our troubles. Again this is t abodes fault, the delivery team did this and ruined our experience. Will update when new sofa arrives.

New sofa arrived with a different courier and they damaged more of flooring. Luckily we got photo evidence of before and after. Told manager and he was saying he didn't believe us. Fair to say we weren't happy so happily supplied the photos.

Sofa wasn't what we wanted and also the armchair came broken.

Wish I saw reviews first before ordering. Now waiting for my refund which will take about a month!

Found this company to be very good.
Sofa and chair to be of very good value and quality.The two guys delivered within 3 days assembled and all packaging gone. Would definitely recommend Abode.

Very bad colours and very bad services no body answer after delivery and no one reply to email and when you pay all payments to them cuz I send some photos some stuff missing after receiving a email

Friendly and helpful service given by Rob and Chris today when they delivered my nans sofa , took care in handling and arrived earlier than expected which meant I could get on with my day .

On our first visit to Farnham store Stan was really helpful, helped us with measurements for us to take home. When we returned to buy our sofa, Fred was very helpful again. I will definitely be returning to purchase again. The delivery was very quick and delivery staff very polite. Thank you

I bought a Lando corner unit from Abode. Within weeks the seat began to sag to a point where it offered minimal support and was giving me back ache . I contacted Abode on WhatsApp who sent an engineer who agreed the seat was defective and arranged for a replacement unit. It took months to arrive, coming from China but finally it came and an engineer came to fit the unit . He left me, a pensioner, to dispose of the old unit myself and I had to pay for someone to take it away.
Within weeks the replacement unit had failed in exactly the same way as the original. I tried contacting the original sales assistant Lisa many times on WhatsApp but no reply. When she finally did, after weeks of trying she said she would escalate the matter for me. I haven't had any further response from WhatsApp. Since then i have tried emailing them and another assistant Isaac asked me to send photos which i did. Since then i havent received any reply from Abode despite several emails to their sales team chasing it up.
Its true that you get what you pay for but i expected the unit to last more than several weeks. The customer service is seriously atrocious, although two people initially replied I wonder if they have been instructed to not to reply to me further. Clearly as the units are not fit for purpose the only other option would be a refund which they clearly don't want to do.
If you want half decent furniture that isn't going to fail as soon as you sit on it, I would suggest that you avoid this company like the plague

Awful. Delivered item with visible tear in material. Explained as a pressure mark with no replacement. Do not order
