I am happy with the furniture its self,nice for the price l paid. When I ordered it they wanted payment which I did,they said after 4 days the delivery company would contact me for delivery date,they did not,when I rang abode they said it was in the hands of delivery company, I asked them to contact them,they said there was no answer,this happened many times,l rang customer services and spoke to AI said sorry we will get it sorted on an email,l also emailed still no delivery or satisfying response. In the end I googled the delivery company and got no answer when I rang so I left a message the next day finally after I think about 12 days I got my furniture delivered.Delivery men 2 of them asked me to sign the document that there was no damage to the furniture,this was before it was unpacked and put inside.lt is a shame as
the furniture is value for the money spent and as it was for our holiday caravan I was going to order the same 3piece suit for our home in Harlow in Essex,but it was so stressful I even thought it may be a scam and that I would loose my money, so sadly I will now look elswhere.Linda.

Our service with Bertie at the start was fantastic.
On delivery day, Rob and Theo were exemplary from the time they arrived to the time they left.
They delivered and built our bed in an excellent manner. Thank you both.

Rob and Theo were on time, friendly and got job done in a good time frame. Also talked me through which way the sofa will fit best and not over lap the door. 100% recommended them for anyone who is looking to get a sofa delivered.

Amazing service!!! Placed the order 2 days ago, despite being quoted up to 10 days (which is still unbelievably quick) they offered delivery 2 days later! Jordan and Chris turned up, installed in really quick time, packaging all gone, highly recommended!

I had a suite and bed delivered.
It arrived on time the two guys were very polite the brought the suite first. The treated the suite very carefully. Positioned it
Then the bed was next. Unpacked it but it great job. Highly recommend.
Cleared away all the packaging left the place spotless thanks to them both. Great service.

Kiaran and team were amazing. Phoned before coming and ensured they were coming to the right address. Very polite team. Cleared the old sofa then setup the new ones. They checked functionally then demonstrated how to operate the sofas. They cleared all rubbish. Helped to position the sofas where I needed them. 10/10 excellent service.

Expected the sofas to have costed astronomically more than what we paid, they are amazing value. Quick delivery (ordered Friday, delivered Monday!) good value, very happy with the two guys who delivered the sofas so a big shout out to Rob and Chris. Very polite and professional, taking care to remove their shoes on our new carpet and making sure everything was put together and placed exactly where we wanted them.

The ordering process was so straightforward I was kept informed with Emails right up until delivery day which amazingly was within 3 days of ordering got a phone call as the delivery approached my property the delivery guys were polite and patient as my property has a very very small door entrance the utmost care was taken with my item first class service from start to finish excellent
