The lady who delivered the course created a great learning environment and encouraged everyone to be involved. Myself and our employees have attending many First Aid courses over the years and we all agreed this was the most informative and enjoyable due to Natalie making the dialogue so understandable and relatable to real life scenarios. 👍👏✅

Fab course made really fun by Nat
Fab course made really fun by Nat. Noone wants to spend a full day doing training on a Saturday but we really enjoyed our day. Learnt so much but had lots of laughs along the way. See you in 3 years 😊

Great First aid trainer
Natalie is a great trainer, makes you feel comfortable and recognises peoples individual needs. The information was a good mix between theory and practical. Would highly recommend for future courses.

I had an incredibly good experience on my first aid course. The instructor Natalie who ran the course was absolutely amazing. She didn't just teach us the material - she explained everything in a way that truly stuck with me. The things she said and taught have really stayed in my mind, and I know they're lessons I'II carry with me forever. I feel confident that | can put what I learned into practice if I ever need to, and I'm very grateful for such a positive and meaningful learning experience. Definitely would recommend 5* all around.
