Great experience
Clear and concise information delivered in a friendly and comfortable way putting people at ease. Great instructor - very knowledgeable about the course and shared experiences of previous incidents and how they had been dealt with.

I attended Natalie's Paediatric First Aid Training Course in October 2025 and when I am due for renewal I will definitely be booking her again! She was very engaging, knowledgeable and taught us information lots of us hadn't heard on previous courses. 100% recommend!

My Team & I recently attended the Emergency First Aid at Work course with Natalie from 1st Steps First Aid, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very start, she created a welcoming and supportive learning environment that immediately put everyone at ease.
