Follow the instructions of Shipper.
Your Shipping Bill & B/L team not understand and not follow the instructions of Shipper. Even it was many times instructed to call us if facing any problem while making the documents, but they never call to clarify. As a result always we are getting lots of mistakes in your documents. Also Billing team is very lazy & process the Debit Note Invoice Bills very late.

Very easy to deal with
As a carrier for 20Cube Logistics in Melbourne, we’ve always found them professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Communication is clear, and jobs are well-organised and Mat in particular is a great operator!

WILL NOT PAY
We have been supplying transport services to 20Cube for many years. As of this year they have become belligerent at paying invoices.
We have had to repeatedly ask all year for invoices to be paid. We have now sold our company and they are completely ignoring us and have not paid over $8000 in overdue invoices.
