I recently used Grace Removals Group to move to Melbourne from the Mornington Peninsula. This is my second move with Grace. Both times the whole experience was 10 out of 10. They made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Great experience from start to end. Consultant David was very speedy and helpful in making changes to the quote based on our requirements. Had some last minute addition the day before which was handled very well as well. Massive shoutout to the crew in the day. We had a cabinet that was too heavy to carry upstairs by 2 ppl, so they came back later in the evening with an extra pair of hands to put it exactly where we wanted. Thanks team!

Grace provided an outstanding level of service for our recent move from the East to the West coast. Most notably, Savannah Feros who did a brilliant job coordinating our move from the Newcastle, Shaun and Jake who packed our furniture and Lee and Harley Pashley who delivered to our new home.

Grace removals moved all of my boxes and furniture back into my house today after having new floors put in. They took good care of my boxes and furniture and put them in my rooms of choice. The men also assembled the big items which saved me a lot of time. I was very impressed how they looked after my new flooring by putting down towels so nothing was damaged and minimal dirt brought in. A very professional service given during the bad rain and thunderstorm today. Thank you so much!

Sending my 2 boxes and 1 crate by sea freight from Australia to UK with zero prior experience was daunting. Terry and the team who assisted on the ground for our office relocation were unreal to deal with. They made the moving experience so smooth and despite some logistical hiccups along the way they made it all work seamlessly. I want to particularly recognise Terry and the 3 other workers who completed the move from start to finish with a late 3am stop.
