Very poor customer service and i have not received my withdrawal for over a week. I would strongly say stay away.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating they are PURE SCAM. 19th January I won £900 waited 7-21 days for it to be processed still say on there system awaiting. So I contacted emailed nothing. While I was emailing them each week. They had been taking money out of my bank. NON FEE TRANFER. And other company name such as RENGI LIMITED and opay. Do not use this site unless you wanted to be scammed. Withdrawal winnings you’ll never receive and be fobbed off each time saying ‘it’s getting processed by one of our teams’

Winning on this site is virtually impossible. Far too many dead spins on bonus features. I played Gates of Olympus at 20p per spin. Won a feature. During the bonus spins, it kept retriggering giving me a total of 45 free spins......the outcome? I won £1.67. I had a total of 41 dead spins.This game also keeps cutting out half way through spins. Have tried my account over a dozen time, all the do is ignore emails. So i have blocked all notifications from them and changed bank accounts.

So after using this site a few months ago and depositing by my debit card and credit card in which I didn’t realise until I checked my online banking that these scumbags have been stealing money out of my bank firstly £796 took in 3 days and the accounts they use are a Nigerian money laundering scam, using your bank details to buy illegally bought cryptocurrency while using your details then I found they stole over £900 on my credit card all to fake companies, FLW transportations, FLW roof and metal and FLW power and water, which my bank investigated to offshore banks in Nigeria and China accounts also listed as money laundering and linked to crime. So if you deposit into this site just know they are using your bank details to commit crime in your name

This has got to be one of the worst casinos ever. Free spins/scatters during game play is non existant even with a bonus. I actually got bored playing. There was no fun in any of the games. Tried 8 different games with £100 - £20 deposit and the rest bonus and i still had hardly any game time. Terms and conditions state Bank statement and driving license adequate to verify account but when you try they also want a video..with you turning your face from right to left...ridiculous...if known this i wouldn't have registered..as my video doesnt work properly...so couldnt withdraw...

Started off ok with good games and bonuses but unfortunately now I'm making a withdrawal it's all down hill. I would like to have an option with no stars at all. After making deposit via Visa debit card, I tried again to use same deposit method. But , a mirical was happen and visa deposit option has dissappear. I contact the customer support and they recomand me to try a different deposit method, without give me any explanation why visa deposit option has dissappear.
