Efficient delivery service
I was given a two hour delivery window and then a phone call about 20 - 30 minutes before the actual delivery - so I had good and accurate communication. Dilbag and Ajay were polite and efficient and my new fridge/freezer was unpacked and put in place quickly and without problems. They were careful and gave good advice about setting up the appliance. The old one was taken away as well.
The only thing I would have liked is for Costco to provide a service to change the doors to the other side of the appliance and this wasn't available.
However, no complaints about the service that was provided.

Fantastic delivery service. We had a delivery slot between 7am & 9am, the driver called to tell us he was on the way and arrived at 7am. Very polite, and very knowledgable, we had our old washing machine taken away and they fitted the new machine for us. Super impressed with the team and service would definitely use again.
