Communication regarding delivery time was clear and straightforward. And the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. They even offered to unpack part of the delivery and take away the mountain of packaging. Very impressed!! Thank you.

I ordered a sofa from Cozmo- delivery was great, I was impressed with the design, quality & it looked fab. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it the right support for me. I informed the company & requested a return- a week later it was collected. Communication was prompt & efficient. I really appreciated the no-quibble policy regarding returns & the kindness with which I was treated.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cozmo & just wish it had been a good fit for me.

Team were prompt and professional. They were training up a new person and it was nice to see them explaining it all to them. Left place tidy and took all packaging away.

Fab service. Really good communication. I was asked if the da they allocated was convenient and given a time slot the day before. The driver rang 20 mins before he arrived. I had to nip out so I had to ask if he would leave it outside for me and he was really friendly. He just asked me to confirm my instructions in writing in a text message and then happily left it where he said he would. Very good, friendly service.

Came back only 3 working days later to add the missing bolt to our sofa bed. Friendly, efficient and considerate.

Friendly staff who were polite and respectful. Although there was a timing issue with the delivery I was kept informed and they went over and above to complete the delivery.

Having had many pieces of furniture delivered, I can say that these guys are hands down the most professional and careful I’ve ever encountered. They took their time to unpack and take all the rubbish with them, made sure I was satisfied with the assembly of the sofa bed, and were very careful not to scratch any surfaces.
Highly recommended!

Lovely staff, good communication in advance and arrived when they said they would.

The team who delivered my new garden furniture were on time, gave me an accurate time slot beforehand, didn't complain about the awkward access and were pleasant, respectful, efficient and professional.
They even unpacked everything and took the packaging away. I was extremely impressed.

The 2 guys that delivered our new furniture went above and beyond there were polite extremely hard working and respectful. I would highly recommend this Company .
