Ordered on November 15, and credit card charged on Nov. 15. Website said order was pocessed on Nov. 16, and gave a tracking number with UPS. After no change to the tracking staus on NOv 29, I called UPS, and they said they never got the package. No way to call 32 degrees, and emails are answered with automated, and useless response, like "here is your tracking number" NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH 32 degrees.

Placed two orders.... nothing ships... cards charged and NO customer service
I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping of 1-2 days. After 5 days it hasn't even been fulfilled and when you attempt to contact customer service you only get an auto generated BS reply. I actually trusted them and placed a second order the day after the first. Now I realize how dumb that was. I don't understand why other companies can offer world class customer service and this company has basically no regard at all for their customers. I would NOT buy anything ever again from 32 degrees. If you shop around you can buy better for 10% more and the company actually appreciates your business and responds to your inquires.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I sent an email stating the issue and they were like to bad, can't do anything now. Then I tried to reach them on their chat, and they never responded. I really tried to work with them to resolve the issue but they did not too. Their website submits the purchase without giving a shipping charge. That is fraud.
The items smelled horrible
The items smelled horrible. I’d recommend only getting their brand items from Costco. You have to pay for returns which was not disclosed in the beginning. I feel like the items were poor quality and the smell was absolutely horrible!
Better customer support?
I received response to my inquiry regarding the shipment of the items I purchased; but the response was not very helpful at first. Finally, I was refunded the price of the items I purchased since I believe they were lost in shipment after waiting for about 20 days for them to arrive. It took a lot of effort on my part to initiate the refund.
I received the wrong order
I received the wrong order. They took two days to return my email. When I finally made email contact they treated me like I was in the wrong. They wanted descriptions and pictures of the clothes before they would send my order. My first email from them was an apology and a statement to not return wrong order but to give it away. I did give merchandise away to two different neighbors only to have to ask for them back to show them proof. I inquired about my order today only to find out 4 of the items are no longer in stock. They make a mistake and the only person that loses out is the customer.

Refused a Refund!
I returned a pair of pants for a refund, and after receiving them, they switched their story and said I was exchanging them; it was NEVER an exchange and to this day they have my pants and my money!

I have loved every thing I have purchased from 32 degrees. The fit has been good, the quality for the price point amazing and the colors muted as needed and vivid when that is what's ordered. I have been happy with everything and I purchase often.
Expedited shipping option is a farce
Paid for expedited shipping as is said it would arrive in 4-5 business days. Apparently you're required to dig through their FAQ to see that the actual deliver time is, even when you pay for expedited shipping, is 6-8 days. The refused to refund the fee I paid. Horrible customer service.
Button closure
I ordered the shorts. I like the fit and fabric. I would not order them again because the button closure takes forever to close and open. The buttonhole is too small. It's extremely aggravating.

It is time for a class action lawsuit against 32Degrees. File complaints for money loss or false advertising with Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. They built a good brand, but now Christine Haley is surrounded by all the wrong people. Every Company abandoning customer service is ripping off customers. I bought jackets advertised as 100% nylon, but the lining was 100% polyester, defeating the purpose of down. I have bought from this company for years through Macy's and directly. This is the first problem, and finding there is no customer service, which directly results in ripping off customers. It's a tragedy to destroy this brand.
Liar, Dishonest, Scammers
I ordered items online at 32 Degrees, received the confirmation, and then the next day, received an email stating that the order was canceled. When communicating with 32 Degrees, I was informed that the order was canceled by the bank due to either a problem with confirming the address with my bank, or there was insufficient money in the bank. As I am viewing my online bank account and see that the 32 Degrees Order amount is still deducted from my bank account days later, I talked to my bank to obtain the facts. My bank did not and had no reason to cancel the order as stated by 32 Degrees. 32 Degrees canceled the order itself, lied about the reason for the cancellation and blamed the bank, and continued to charge my account for an order that they never planned to fulfill.
AVOID 32 Degrees . . . Liars, Dishonest, Scammers
