Total fraud company. Right now I have 2 deposits stuck one of 25th July and 2nd one today. I am not including 2-3 deposits denied after prolonged harassment over chat and emails. This scam company even buys 5 star ratings to hide genuine 1 star reviews. They have a stupid excuse that "'it's in the hand of payment provider and we have no control. For 10 days they are verifying a genuine transaction cleared by reputed banks. Come on, you are stealing 10-15% of transactions, do it upfront, do not harass for days and weeks hiding behind some imaginary payment provider. Now even ridiculously asking for taking a video of you logging into your banking app with another phone and share with them. Perhaps they now want to hack into peoples' bank account as well. DON'T SHARE VIDEO THAT WILL EXPOSE YOUR LOG IN CREDENTIALS. I understand people have started complaining to cybercrime and in some cases recipient accounts are getting blocked/frozen inturn.

My bank has officially confirmed that UTR 384086427513 was processed successfully, the funds were debited from my account, and the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded. Therefore, asking me to contact my bank again is not a solution.
If your payment provider claims the transaction has "Failed" and that the funds were not received, then I request 4rabet to obtain a detailed transaction trace from the payment provider. The UTR is sufficient to trace a UPI transaction through the banking system.
As I made the payment only to the payment ID provided by your platform, I have no contractual relationship with your payment provider and cannot contact them directly. It is 4rabet's responsibility to coordinate with its payment provider to determine where my ₹10,000 was credited.
Please check and provide valid response
1. A transaction trace report from your payment provider for UTR 384086427513.
2. Proof that the funds were returned to my bank, including the refund reference number and date.
3. Escalation of this case to your payments or finance team for a manual investigation.
I have already waited for more than a month. If this matter continues to remain unresolved without a proper investigation, I will be forced to escalate it to the relevant consumer protection and payment authorities.
