I deposited ₹2,000 yesterday, but the funds were never credited to my gaming account even though the payment was successful. This has been a very frustrating experience.
I contacted customer support, but I did not receive a satisfactory or timely resolution. I expected the issue to be resolved quickly, but my deposit is still missing.

Thanks for sharing the email. Yes, i have written email but the response is "withdrawal limits are determined individually for each user and may vary depending on the account". I wonder how my account has gone into withdrawal limitation. However i have done multiple times of deposits with 9k, 17k, 18k, 7k, 15k,...etc. Now i have won only a simple amount and just trying to withdraw some of it. This is completely unacceptable service. Support team responds properly but they say this is platform generated they cannot do anything, i have to wait. Since 5 days i am stuck and trying to address/ fix the problem.
