READ THE REVIEWS EVERBODY. 501 FX. This outfit has as much integrity as a three bob note. I didn't check as carefully as normal as this site came off the back of the BBCs "Question Time", a respectable starting point I thought but this outfit must have piggy-backed the Q/T programme so my due diligence was not up to par and that cost me £200.
I deposited the required minimum of $250 to 501FX and shortly afterwards the phone calls started, asking for more money, too fishy I thought. Amazing promises of big market gains came with the money requests, again, too fishy I Thought. So I asked them to replace my$250. Oh and they didn't like that, eventually accusing me of disrespecting their operative, which I didn't but I did tell him that I had researched his company and I didn't like what I saw and I would like my $250 back please as we hadn't actually done any business. Phone went suddenly dead.
So folks like me and many others, don't get scammed by 501.
Fraud has been reported.

Do not use this company
They allow you to withdrawal some money then that’s it, nothing.
They promise to phone to sort it out but that’s it you don’t hear from them
I would not recommend investing in this company unless you want to lose your
money

Just had a second withdrawal cancelled with no explanation
This company will take your money and you can’t get it back

AVOID SCAM

UPDATE: I reported this company to the FCA. They need to be registered with the FCA to trade as they are in the U.K. They are not. I requested my bank get my money back and thankfully they did. 99% sure this is a SCAM.

Set up an account, but you need to be checking the darn thing constantly to move around according to the market. Not for me. Success manager has not called me back at the arranged time. Customer support number cuts off after a brief message. My account is actually showing a profit, but despite asking them several times via email and being told my success manager will contact me, here we are. Avoid, not sure if it’s a scam, beginning to think it is, but the communication is crap. Now I’m told my review is defamatory. Not defamation if it’s true and I am not lying. Still waiting for a call today and still waiting for closure of my account and funds returning.

Impossible to withdraw money.

When I said that I wanted to close the account Thomas got very angry and cut off the phone. I am unable to withdraw my funds as the only way seems to be via a bitcoin transaction which I cannot do.

UPDATE 3/4/26

510fx has phoned me and promised to find a way to refund me. Surely it should be a simple matter of directing me to the part of their website that would allow me to collect my funds.

UPDATE 14/4/2026

Still waiting for my money. 501fx claim to have tried to phone but are unable to get through. Strange when they were able to talk to me whilst I was investing.

After 4 days I was being pressured into…

After 4 days I was being pressured into placing a large amount for me into my account. I did not wish to do this so quickly and that I now had health issues so would prefer to leave it dormant for some months or close the account. Money was put into my account by the company without my permission. I was told I could then not withdraw my initial investment whether I was unwell or not until I had reached the appropriate trading volume. What this was, could not be verified.
Scam or what. If good company give back my initial investment.

Testing the withdrawal procedure...

So, like the reviewer below, I too have put in a withdrawal request. Based on their good experience, hopefully I will also get my funds in the 10 days or so that it takes to process! Extra stars if it does!!

30/03/26: 501FX called today and we had a good discussion and clarification around my withdrawal request - no worries.

02/04/26: 501FX called... Seemed to be surprised I'd asked to withdraw my funds "oh, will get someone to reach out to you" - er, left hand - right hand?

08/04/2026: 501FX have cancelled my withdrawal request for $1147, no reason given but obviously they had NO intention of giving me my money (which I would have had to give to my bank any way - see below)

These people truly are scammers...

- my bank certainly agree and have now refunded all the money I deposited
- the FCA agree and say they are trading illegally so will be investigated
- their 'regulation authority' in the Comoros Islands is worthless (so they can keep money with impunity)
- their registered offices in Iceland are the well known haunt of scammers and hackers

DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE - it's all out there on the web, easy enough to find.

No doubt this review will be blocked by 501FX as being harmful or illegal - but I'm taking a screenshot anyway.

Good luck if you've still got money with them!

12/04/26 - Another withdrawal request put in - let's see if 501FX cancel this one too?

15/04/26 - 501FX 'called' today. I say called.. they checked who I was then put the phone down! Ace communicators! Still, at least my latest withdrawal still says pending.

27/3 I have now emailed you AGAIN following you're reply. I requested you stop harassing me and bombarding me with calls!

Absolutely the worst company ever. I made a tentative enquiry and have since been spammed by countless phone calls from a variety of numbers starting with 07441. I have blocked every single one and still they keep calling. I emailed tham and told them to cancel my account and told them they'd be reported to GDPR and the police for stalking and harrassment. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM.

501fx is a SCAM they will not pay up. Please don't fall for it.

Having seen an ad for 501fx I made a tentative inquiry, and within a few minuets I received my first call, of many. Having spoken to the guy I decided to make my first deposit, the minimum required. For the next day or two all was going fine. I was assigned an account manager, Rachel Levi, who would talk me through various trading options. And to my surprise I actually made some profit. It was then that the hard sell began, constantly advised to increase my investment. Being sceptical I refused, saying that I would like to see how I could withdraw some funds first before I invested more. This was done very swiftly, on the same day. I was by now receiving 5, 6 or more calls a day, telling me that the more I invested the more profit I would make. Well I still refused as something was not sitting right with me. By now I had made more profit but had decided that this wasn't for me and the constant requests to invest more made me decide to withdraw all of my funds, about $500. I made the request. After about a week of having heard no news I contacted 501fx and was told, as stated in their T&C's this process could take between 5-10 working days, On day 9 I once again contacted 501fx and was again told the 5-10 working days rule still applied.
On day 11 I made contact yet again, but was now told an email had been sent, which I never received. It all just felt that this was a delaying tactic.

An Update. Just to be clear, Rachel Levi was never the problem, her advice and handling of my account was very professional and well managed.

My problem was with the withdrawal process and the lack of support.

But since posting this review hey presto things have been sorted.
