I saw an advert with David Beckham saying how good this company was. That in itself could have been a scam.
I invested £200 to begin with. Proxmarkets contacted me immediately and that was the last time I received efficient service.
Spoke with my account manager ! Brian and I paid my £200.00. Soon after I was passed to Inna as my new account manager and at first things were happening. I made $50.00 and I was advised to open a Revolut bank account for monies to be paid into. Revolut account set up and they paid my money into another account and was then advised that I had lost it as there was nothing else they could do.
I immediately wanted to close my account and that is when the service went from ok to absolutely appalling.
They did not keep to their agreed phone call times and would call you at other times when you or not available. They state that they do call but you never answer.
I got to speak to Julian who did ring me to say that there was no activity in my account. I explained to him the above and he wanted me to invest another £1000.00 to reactivate my account in order to get back my money lost. I told him no.
He then said he would get someone to call me to arrange a refund of what was left and I am still waiting.
All the above has been over 2 months approximately and I am not expecting to get anything back.
My advice would be to avoid. This is a company that take your money and will not give it back to you even when they supposedly pay your profits to your account not but to another account !! Draw your own conclusions.

After 3 months I finally got my refund. They are now hassling me to write a new review. I am getting an E mail every day.

FURTHER UPDATE: 15/04.26
I finally received a call from a new "Success Manager" who assured me my monies would be returned within a week and she would be "on hand" and communicate. After continually chasing with no response (even when a time was scheduled) I chased "Client Relations". They are going to escalate my complaint (again) and again stated "the withdrawal was cancelled to due the account having an open trading account".
They are just sending me round in circles again. This company's business practices are highly misleading and the process feels fraudulent so I will also be "escalating" this.

I received an email asking "How did we do" which I have also sent to the company and this is my review of Proxmarkets.
I signed up to this company for investment purposes. The account no: 140609606 and the Account Mgr Ryan sounded knowledgeable and I initially deposited 200. He was in touch daily at the beginning by whatsapp and then voicecalls. I earned 80 within the first week.
He sent me a link for investing in Gold and seeing the news etc it seemed like a good investment.
On questioning him how easy was it to withdraw he stated "it was an easy process that takes 24 hours". He assured me it wasn't a scam as he showed me where their bank was based in London and that they were definitely a "genuine" company.
I deposited 500, which was a rather long process, which he talked me through making me feel very under pressure. When the document arrived that needed signing he was relentless about getting this signed so he could "credit my account with the funds". I stressed that it wasn't a good time and I needed to review the PDF before signing it. I ended up signing on 3 March as it seemed that if I didn't my money would be in the "ether and unobtainable".
Due to personal and financial circumstances I required the monies to be returned so completed the Withdrawal form on 4 March for 845.39USD. This was cancelled due to the "incorrect wallet address". I completed another Withdrawal form on 16 March for 799.18USD which states it can take up to 5-10 working days to be returned. The Account Manager went from calling me daily (even at 7pm) to being totally unavailable or helpful. He ignored all messages and calls and the emails just returned "not able to send".
Today is Day 13 and I have sent numerous emails and the same standard response from so many operatives which arrives with "it is with the relevant department who will update you". The last one stated"it is with the Payment department who will update you". There is no contact number and all emails on their website bounce back. Even the customer support email that they suggest you reply to bounces back.
This whole process has been absolutely unprofessional and suboptimal. I have contacted my card payer who are now investigating and also recommended doing a police report which I will do. I will also report them to ICPEN.
Do not engage with this company - you may as well just burn your hard earned cash.

Still no resolution to having my profit given to me. I’ve waited, written and spoken to all customer service personnel.
Lack of seriousness and client care is absolutely awful. Will never invest again in this company.
