My name is Ihor, and I am addressing you with an open letter to clarify the current situation, which directly affected my work with this project.

I want to declare here the unfair and unjust closure of my account.

The situation is as follows

Due to the fact that my bank accounts were blocked at the time of purchasing the account, I had to buy an account using a card to which I have full access and the right to use, there is full confirmation from the bank, the active card is my grandmother's, I am a co-owner of this card (proof attached)

I was accused of money laundering due to the fact that I expected not through my name. Speaking of AML.
I worked with the team and performed my duties honestly and conscientiously. After completing the work, charges were brought against me and initially it was said about canceling the payout account. But during the dialogue and the proofs provided to me, an amount was paid that ensured the preservation of the working arrangements between us.
However, after this, the team decided to deactivate my account, citing the fact that the name on the card from which the payment was made did not match the account name.
Where is the logic?
And if I paid with cryptocurrency, for example... what absurdity.

I want power:
I have an official power of attorney from the bank, allowing me to use the card on behalf of its owner.
I send this confirmation, acting completely openly and in accordance with KYC requirements.
However, the team said that the power of attorney is insufficient, and required a bank statement with a transaction in my name - I opened a screenshot where a comment is indicated in the cartoon behind the account (my last name and first name)
Also refused to review the situation, arguing that this is a violation of the policies and rules of the AML team.
I confirmed the opposite, but the account is inactive.

My position is simple: I have not violated any laws, I acted with the permission of the bank, I received payment for my work - and now I just want to continue doing it. There was no abuse, fraud or circumvention on my part.

Deleting my account would be considered a unilateral violation of these obligations, and I declare my right to challenge this claim.
I am interested in continuing to work and would like to resolve the situation amicably.

In this regard, I believe that the KYC conditions are met, and I ask you not to block my account.

Result:
- I would like to inform you that I have official permission (power of attorney) issued by the bank, allowing me to use the payment card on behalf of the account owner.
This document confirms that the payment was made in full compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
- A written agreement from the card owner (my grandmother), which clearly states that I am in full trust management and where it is indicated about the purchase of an account in your company.
-There is a screenshot of the payment from the bank, where my name is indicated in the comments.
- The fact of payment of wages confirms that I have contractual agreements with your company and confirms the legality of our working relationship.

I ask the community and the team to consider this situation with understanding and reconsider the decision without punishing the person, it looks good faith.
