I would also agree with all others experience with the 5ers that it is worst propfirm.....I would recommend not to deal with this propfirm
This firm play oversmart to make us breach the account.
They calculate even your profits as your drawdown limits . I was up 102345....in a 100k account . in second phase and they breached my account only at 96245 although I was not even close to 5% of daily drawdown.

Worst spreads in the industry. It’s like the just deliberately hit your SL without price even nearing it. Believe me buying this propfirm is a waste of your time and money . You will regret.

I'm sorry but 5ers is not the same prop firm today as it was years ago.
My major complaint is that the candles on the MT5 chart do not match the correct price most of the time (for example, a huge bullish candle might have a price line that falls way below it). This results in losing trades not only because it messes with one's analysis of price action but also brings on considerable stress.
To be fair, I've noticed this happening in a couple of other prop firms as well. Who knows, maybe there's a plug-in tool being used by props these days to "manage risk" equivalent to the infamous virtual dealer employed by brokers in the past.
Customer support remains commendable (Kim A, in particular, is always helpful and reliable).
I just wish 5ers would return to being the completely trustworthy firm it once was and not put the reputation it has built up for almost a decade to waste.

Me parece una total estafa que no me dejen cerrar un trade y la separación del spread me haga perder la perdida maxima diaria la cuenta sin respetar mi stop loss, no dejar cerrar un trade es trampa, son unos tramposos
Hace 4 días tomé un trade en USDCAD, cuando abrió el mercado y vi que el spread era tan alto le di muchas veces click en cerrar trade y simplemente no se cerró y perdí la cuenta
En un principio queria solucionar con ellos directamente, de hecho ya les he enviado 5 correos pero nadie responde, no me dan respuesta, es una total estafa que no respondan //

It seems to me a total scam that they don't let me close a trade and the spread separation makes me lose the maximum daily loss of the account without respecting my stop loss, not letting me close a trade is cheating, they are cheaters
4 days ago I took a trade in USDCAD, when the market opened and I saw that the spread was so high I clicked on close trade many times and it simply didn't close and I lost the account
At first I wanted to solve it with them directly, in fact I have already sent them 5 emails but nobody answers, they don't give me an answer, it is a total scam that they don't answer

I wasnt gona post on trust pilot but 5ers answers to my email complaints were so unsatisfactory! 5ers used to provide good and hassle-free trading experience but fairly recently, their system has been lagging and the lag is just getting worse!

For today alone, i experienced 2 bad lagging incidents.

1st - when i had an open xausud position and all of the sudden the platform hang.. my internet was workign fine because i can still browse sites and tradingview was moving in realtime just fine.

2nd- i entered into short nzdjpy positions and it took about 15 seconds from the time i clicked sell to the tine my order was matched! By the time it is matched, the price has already moved away from my ideal entery price! 15 seconds to match?! Isnt that so unacceptable?!

And so far, when i complain thru email, all i get is some incomplete, unsatisfactory, sketchy and useless response!
