I was at first delighted to find this company selling items at far below the prices of my usual supplier. I even thought it might have been the same company under a different name as the web site, wording, packaging etc were all so similar. Delivery was quick but…. I just get a bad vibe and have no confidence in a company selling ‘Mairgold’ extracts instead of ‘Marigold’ plant extracts ( for eye health) especially when some of the glowing reviews also quote how much the ‘Mairgold’ has benefited them. Hmmm. I’m going back to my excellent but expensive supplier.

Have used this company for a couple of years now, however, I bought vitamin D3 (10,000iu with K2) 6 months ago. Got very concerned though when a vitamin D test revealed a low vitamin D status. Suspect the ingredients are not as described, therefore, have ceased buying from this company.

I have been using this brand of R-ALA for 4 months and my symptoms have been getting worse. As soon as I change to a more expensive brand my symptoms get better, much quicker. So doing some research I have found that none of the products on this site have been third party tested; so no-one has verified that the capsules contain what they say it does, in the amounts stated on the label. For all I know I have been taking bicarbonate of soda or chalk for 4 months! ConsumerLab and Certificate of Anaylsis (COA) requires specific testing to show it has the quantity and quality of ingredients 5 Greens states, and this certification has never been provided when requested by other customers (and customer service never seems to answer any queries at all).
Also, it doesn't matter which supplements you take, the labels for 5' Greens say the same-"take 1-2 daily". That's it!!! Some products, like R-ALA should be taken on an empty stomach etc. But no label ever says more than that.
Sometimes cheaper is not better. In fact, in this case, it is worse.

Sent an email enquiring about what testing they do on their products and if they had any third party testing. No reply. Maybe tells you all you need to know.

The only company il use for supplements, very effective, arrives within a few days. Sealable packaging.

Very poor customer service. No one answers emails. When I had one email answered they asked me a question and then ceased communication mid thread. I’ve obviously asked difficult questions like who outside the company tests their products. Packaging doesn’t have full information. Not sure what to make of them.

The product arrived and the package seems so odd. No proper description, no ingredients listed properly. Look like it's been written and just printed out.
Asked COA for the ingredients documentation, certificates as well as LAB test results as there are not any tests mentioned on the package and HAVE NOT received any answer!!!!
Do not believe in scammers, do not take something that is not clear what it contains!

One of the biggest concerns about NMN supplements is purity and authenticity. The market is rife with products that contain little or no actual NMN, so credible brands typically provide third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to prove their claims.

Unfortunately, 5greens does not publicly supply any evidence that their NMN is independently tested.
• Their product listings claim “98% purity” and “no fillers,” but these are marketing statements only.
• Nowhere on their website, product pages, or listings (e.g. eBay, Amazon) do they publish lab reports or batch-specific COAs verifying:
• NMN content
• Heavy metal testing
• Microbial safety
• Multiple customers on Trustpilot and other review sites have complained about poor transparency and unanswered questions when they requested ingredient or testing information

Really nice product, you know you get exactly what you’re paying for. I’ve been purchasing Biotin, mainly. And results are already clear, with faster growing hair and nails. A naturally sourced hair growth treatment. Cheaper than alternative sites, selling the same products. Big fan.

I've tried a few of their supplements as recommended by a natural doctor on how to regain breast tissue naturally after childbirth, after 3 weeks my chest was at least 95% back to it's original size. Beyond pleased & I keep shopping there. Surprised by the negative reviews as they have overwhelming positive reviews on their eBay shop where people can directly talk about the product experience

I’ve emailed the company twice asking for the nutritional values & they don’t reply. I ordered the nmn & collagen & im not happy to take something that has no ingredient information on the packaging at all. I won’t be buying from them again - nutrition geeks have all the information readily available which surely any company selling items intended for ingestion must have?! I feel like they’re hiding poor quality supplements if they won’t reply to emails.

First purchase from them, their Korean Ginseng capsules, bought through their ebay shop. I've just noticed someone else has reviewed their ginseng, and their findings were pretty much the same as mine.

Where to start - firstly, the label does not give enough information as to how much 'ginseng' (more on that in a minute) is in each capsule. All it says is that it's a 20:1 extract. I weighed the capsules though, and they average 600mg, so minus the actual capsule there's roughly 500mg

Secondly - as another reviewer said, i don't believe it's even ginseng. I've used ginseng for probably 30 years. The colour's wrong (dark brown). Even worse, it tastes NOTHING like ginseng whatsoever. It's just a sweet tasting powder, god knows what it actually is though.

Thirdly - no effect, nothing. I ALWAYS feel a stimulation from ginseng, every brand i've ever tried. This did nothing though.

Consequently - i've had one capsule, the rest is heading for the bin, and i won't be buying from them again

I've used this company for a while due to their products being "clean", no fillers etc... I got some red Korean ginseng recently and felt no feeling, no noticeable boost like ginseng has in the past, I opened a capsule and tasted the powder and it tasted sweet and no bitterness at all, ginseng should be bitter, then I opened up a capsule that they advertise as sea moss, tasted and looked the same as the "ginseng", no fish/ marine taste which is true of all sea moss so are they filing some batches with "Something" Knowing most people will never check, this makes, sense now cause I never felt no benefit from the sea moss after taking for 3 months, no improved gut health etc and I've felt no benefit from the ginseng, gonna be honest and say the nac capsules I had off 5 greens do taste like nac and I've had magnesium that I believed were improving my sleep but now I'm gonna stop using 5 greens, I sent them a eBay message, no response, no more capsules for me, ile only order powder from a different company.... Ginseng and sea moss should not taste sweet and the fact they taste the same obviously indicates they send out fake products with God knows what in them and they sell enough genuine ( enough) products to get away with it... How genuine are the reviews?

I have to say I'm a little bit dubious about this company. I ordered Tongkat Ali capsules and Stinging nettle root capsules. I was concerned when I first took the Tongkat Ali. I've been using this supplement for a good eighteen months, purchased from other suppliers. The first thing I noticed was the taste or should I say lack of taste. Tongkat Ali is extremely bitter, so much so you can taste it even when it's in a capsule. I decided to open one of the capsules and taste the raw product. There was absolutely no bitterness at all. One of the sure fire ways of knowing if it is genuine Tongkat Ali or not is the bitterness. I suspect there was almost no actual product in these capsules. I decided to open the Stinging nettle root and taste that. It was almost identical to the Tonkkat Ali. To be fair I'm not using any sort of special equipment to test the product but I know and have used Tongkat Ali for a long time now and have never had it taste like this.

Fantastic company! They made a small error on the order and they sent me a free package without asking for the incorrect package to be returned. This kind of customer service is unheard of in 2025.

Item was delivered on time as advertised. I did contact the seller and they were very helpful. Decent quality brand. There are many supplements out there but it's important to choose the correct one. I recommend this seller.

I made an error on my order and emailed customer services the next morning. I had an immediate reply agreeing to a refund. I had been a bit worried after reading some trustpilot reviews, but I was proved wrong as the funds arrived back in my account today. Excellent Customer Service.

Having been a loyal customer for several years, spending hundreds of pounds on their products, and experiencing good customer service, I am appalled at my latest experience.

I had a query about unidentifiable ‘material’ at the bottom of a pouch of mushroom coffee. As I’d just about finished the packet of coffee, I did not want a refund or replacement. I was just curious to know what the material was.

I emailed them on 19th November 2024. After more emails, I was sent a SAE to return the packet, which I did on December 3rd. No response. More emails through December into January 2025. No reply. Exasperated, I mailed a letter on January 20th, also emailing it. No response. How discourteous. I am so disappointed but a company that does not reply to correspondence, has no customer support, is not a company I wish to continue buying from, so I won’t. I won’t recommend 5’Greens to friends and family, as in the past, so they will not only lose my custom (which it would appear they don’t care about anyway) but that of others.

I have given the company over 2 months to redeem itself. I wish you luck 5’Greens because, with the competition out there, I think you’re going to need it.
