Items arrived quickly. No problem returning the sizes that didn’t fit. Lovely soft denim with a bit of give. Took a bit of working out the sizing and will definitely need to have them taken up as they come very long for people with short legs

The item took 4 weeks to arrive…
The item took 4 weeks to arrive (despite saying next day deliver on your site!) and only half of what was order was there (apparently it had run out of stock over that 4 week period?!). There was no communication or any customer service. very disappointed.

The velvet jeans were poor quality…
The velvet jeans were poor quality cloth and not particularly well made. The scarf and gloves were good but gloves too tight and scarf too heavy.

Nice quality but slightly disappointed for the price.The jeans are a nice quality but about…
The jeans are a nice quality but about 3" too long - and I am 5'8' so not that short. I considered hemming them as it would have made them a nice boot leg, otherwise,they would have been really quite flared if you are tall.
I was also slightly disappointed with the colour of the grey which is much paler than in the photograph so already looks washed out.
Lovely fit at the top though but I'm afraid returned for the that price.

What can I say?!! I placed an order for two pairs of jeans, 4 weeks later, after several emails to the company asking where my order was, I was never actually given a reason why they hadn’t arrived, I couldn’t get a refund either because the order was still processing!! When my jeans finally dispatched one pair were out of stock! I had ordered a couple of shirts before Christmas, absolutely no problem at all, I also got a refund straight away when returned the sizes that I didn’t want. So really surprised with this order and had noticed how many bad reviews were being written by other people. It has put me off from buying from this company again online, I will shop in store from now on
