I returned a pair of jeans bought online. The jeans were returned immediately and were received by 7foralkmankind on 4 March. Despite this my refund has still not been issued, one reason being ‘they have a lot of parcels to get through’. I doubt this is the case and they are just holding onto customers money until they legally have to issue it to your card provider. Companies have 14 calendar days to issue the refund and this company make sure your refund is not issued before then. I would never buy anything again from this company as they are at it. They are holding on to the funds for as long as they legally can if not longer.

Zero service or help if you have any issues. Even with the smallest things. This is not a "premium brand" at all. Buyer beware!

30 Nov 25 - jeans ordered, payment taken. 02 Dec 25 - automatic email saying return/refund has been processed - no explanation. They hadn't even arrived. Emailed asking for explanation, was told they are not in stock. So why did they accept the online order (which said they are available) and take payment. Similar thing happened a few years ago, so they haven't improved. Completely incompetent

Purchase 2 pairs of jeans (for sizing).
Tried to return 1 pair for exchange, not a refund & told 14 days have passed so unable to exchange. I offered to pay postage both ways, but they advised this is their policy & no exceptions. Not sure what changes after 14 days.
I have purchased numerous times from them for over 10 years, but never ever again.
Awful customer relations.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and returned one pair. The slowest return service I’ve ever experienced. Two weeks after they’ve received my return and still no refund. Now they are trying to fob me off saying it days 14 working days to process a refund when their website clearly says 14 days, not working days. I will never buy from them again, despite loving the pair of jeans I’m keeping.

Don't buy from this company I ordered two denim shorts and after washing the bottom started to fray I get no refund it is ridiculous. There are so many bad experiences with this company on the internet on trustpilot I have no idea why I see these positive reviews now, maybe after I complaned to customer service about all those negative reviews. 284 votes on trustpilot and this company got one star. They should be ashamed. Never buy from this company.

Beware of buying from this company. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.I have been waiting for 24 days and still not received it. They have received my returns. Customer service is terrible they blatantly lie. They tell you ,you will receive a manual refund and this never appears. You e-mail them for weeks . They respond with a generic response and they will look into it and then you never hear from them until you email again and get the same response.. Still no refund. You call them on the phone and they lie and say they will action the refund urgently and this has to go through to another dept , which never happens .They won't pass you to that dept or when asked pass you to a supervisor. I have opened a dispute with PayPal with them and will NEVER BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN.They are actually breaking the consumer rights law.

Even though I've bought multiple items from this compand and even wrote a positive review in 2022 for them, they have completely refused to allow me to return brand new unworn items which they count as 14 days from the date the order is placed, not delivered. Really disgusting and shortsighted customer service, what absolute crooks. Aaliyah you have the empathy of a stone.

Bought a pair of boot cut 7 of Mankind jeans from House of Fraser, tried on and bought a size 32 ( had previously and fit and lasted for years). Was gutted that within an hour the jeans had relaxed, stretched and were way too big. As I was out when wearing them I cannot return. Contacted 7 of Mankind direct who advised they could not help as not bought direct. Disappointed as they were not cheap !

I bought two of the same size, make & model of jeans, just in different colours, sizing was completely off between the two pairs, resulting in one pair having to be sent back, customer service would not get back to me regarding the sizing issue, or honour the discount that applied originally, even though this is clearly a manufacturers fault. It's extremely poor on their behalf considering the cost of their Jean's.

Jeans are a good fit & very soft. They definitely are my number 1 brand. No need to go anywhere else! Service brilliant too! Thanks

Placing the order was uncomplicated. Quoted delivery of between 5-7 working days. The order arrived within 2 days which was a great surprise as the jeans were a present to my husband and they actually arrived on the day of his birthday. Brilliant service. Thank you!
