Bought 4 years ago.

It is October 2026 and I purchased NEPQ 2.0 in April 2022. Well worth the investment. I have a deep understanding of question based selling, tonality, script writing, effective communication, closing, proactive objection handling to avoid the objection in the first place and, most importantly, I'm no longer making my biggest mistake: unintentionally raising sales resistance.

I have been in business for 33 years and have looked at sales classes before but they were all about the sale only so I did not do any. When I watched NEPQ I was 110% finally someone that has the person’s best interest at heart. I only got to do 2.0 & 3.0 because I do so much in my HVAC business. I just stated the inner circle ⭕️ well worth it. My 2nd year after 3.0 I helped so many people

Good NEPQ Framework, but Check the $69/Month Alternative Before Spending $6,000

The course material itself and the NEPQ framework are quite good. It teaches you how to generate an emotional response in the prospect. The JM AI tool is also pretty useful.
However, there are several things I really don't like about the program. 1. Very expensive, with multiple levels of upselling
The Fundamentals course costs approximately $6,000 for one year of access, including one weekly live session with around 100 people in the class. That's quite expensive for what you're getting.
There are also MANY higher cost levels of training: Inner Circle 1, Inner Circle 2, and who knows how many others or how much they cost.
Initially, I was pressured to sign up for the full $11,000 program, which includes approximately seven live sessions per week. I'm glad I held off on purchasing that portion.
2. Consider Matt Ryder's $69/month course before spending $6,000
Rather than spending thousands more on another 7th Level training tier, I'm likely going to sign up for Matt Ryder's course.
Matt was previously the CEO of 7th Level, and his program costs approximately $69 per month compared with $6,000 for the Fundamentals course.
From what I've seen, it appears to cover similar sales concepts, includes live training sessions, and incorporates his own material.
I haven't started his course yet, so I can't personally compare the quality of the training.
However, for someone considering spending $6,000 on 7th Level, I would strongly suggest at least checking out Matt Ryder's $69/month program first. You could potentially get much of the same value without committing thousands of dollars upfront.
3. Absolutely zero training on LinkedIn
This was one of my biggest disappointments. There is absolutely ZERO information about LinkedIn prospecting or how to apply NEPQ to LinkedIn conversations.
Considering how important LinkedIn is for B2B sales today, this is a significant gap, particularly for a course costing $6,000.
4. The sales team is absolutely horrible to deal with
My first encounter with their sales team was terrible.
They rescheduled my initial meeting from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM just a few minutes before the original appointment. Then, at 7:30 PM, the salesperson didn't even show up.
I was in the meeting two minutes early and waited another ten minutes. Nobody appeared, and the salesperson never responded to my text messages asking where he was.
I sent an email. Ashley replied that the he had been in the meeting but hadn't seen me there. I had to tell what actually happened in another email and request a different salesperson.
I then met with Costas, the salesperson who initially sold me the program. He couldn't even read the room or understand what I was telling him and how I was feeling.
For a company selling a framework built around understanding prospects' emotions and psychology, that gave me zero confidence in their own salespeople or trainers.
I only signed up DESIPTE THE SALES PEOPLE because of Jeremy Miner's approach in his YouTube videos and saw value in the NEPQ framework itself.
5. Constant attempts to upsell rather than genuinely help
Every couple of months, someone from their team reaches out, seemingly just to upsell me into another program.
I had another call today with someone from Jeremy Miner's team, "to see how I'm doing with the course."
What a bunch of BS. It was really just another attempt to upsell me into the next training tier, costing an additional $5,000.
I explained that the Fundamentals program contains exactly ZERO information about LinkedIn, which is something I specifically need help with.
His response was basically that I should sign up for the next level package because they have LinkedIn expertise there. Essentially, "Trust me, bro."
I'm already paying approximately $6,000, and the solution to a gap in the course is apparently to spend another $5,000?
I genuinely don't understand how some of these salespeople work at 7th Level Sales Training. They're selling a system focused on understanding the prospect, asking the right questions, and identifying their actual problems, yet their own salespeople seem more interested in pushing the next expensive program. I’m done talking with their sales rep. No more ‘check ins’ for me.
6. The actual live training sessions have some excellent instructors
I do want to give credit where it's deserved.
Anthony, who led many of the live sessions, was quite good. He was extremely smooth in his role-playing and demonstrated a strong understanding of human psychology. Watching him work through conversations was almost like watching an expert psychologist applying those skills to sales.
Luke was… decent.

A Practical Sales Program That Improved My Closing Rate

This is a great sales tool that can be applied across a wide range of industries. The more seriously you approach the program, like a class you’re committed to learning from the more you’ll get out of it. I’ve seen a real improvement in my own results: when I started, my closing rate was around 50–60%. Now I average 75–80%.

It takes time and consistent effort, but the skills are practical and the results speak for themselves. I believe the program is well worth the investment, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sales conversations and close more business.

Hey this is Josiah Rinear I started off…

Hey this is Josiah Rinear I started off in sales and this is leaving out a lot of details... and with that being said I was not doing very well... I was one of the lowest performers in my company at Ashley Furniture, to the point I was about to be let go from the company I began to dabble in Jeremy's videos on line and got the black book of questions and just that alone started getting me recognized!! I had my single best month in sales that very next month and took off from there!!! Ending my year with missing 3 months that I missed too do a good job, still end the year only 50K away from hitting $1,000,000M in sales!!! Starting the new year with a new find knowledge i joined NEPQ in march and that same month took the #1 spot in the whole company and district of 187 employees!! And this ready still have 3 months to go and I'm already over $1,000,000M!!!! I am so thankful for Jeremy Miner, Anthony Vazari, Luke Badman, Joe Wanner, Ashley and Connor and all the others in NEPQ this has been a life changing experience and I can't wait to see what this next year will bring my goal is to hit a million and quarter, every Quarter of the year! Let's go!!!

I own a design / build remodeler

I own a design / build remodeler. I signed up for NEPQ fundamentals in February 2025 after a tough winter and slow sales. In my first month of training I sold two big projects after implementing some different tone in my job walks at different times. Signed up for inner circle 2 months later and had 3 record months back to back. Jeremy is a world class sales coach and has the resume in sales to back it up now doing 1 on 1 coaching and working on a script that’s specific to my business.

Let me be clear: it is not a magic pill that you swallow and things change. It is a commitment to getting better every day and showing up to training. NEPQ has changed the way I approach clients / job opportunities and has improved my communication skills significantly. If you’re hungry to grow day by day - the 7th level community is a great product and environment to be in.

Jeremy Miner and Sales Skills for today’s buyers

Being in network marketing and having some success but wanting to help more people got me searching for HOW I could do that. Pushing harder on my leads and even having more leads was futile.

Then I stumbled across Jeremy Miner, NEPQ and his company 7th Level. Learning from him, his coaches with other sales people changed my mindset, my approach and my experience talking to prospects. He and his team were very supportive, encouraging and professional as I was learning.

They teach sales at a level I had no idea about!

NEPQ takes time to learn, work to practice and the team at 7th Level will show you exactly how to do this. But it’s changing the game for me!

I wish I had this knowledge earlier

The only training I didnt regret spending so much money for. It takes time to put this all together and there obviously were some errors and confusions how some coaches explained things, but Jeremy himself is the best sales trainer, and everything he says and teaches makes sense.

Best sales training I’ve come across

Best sales training I’ve come across. I’d already been in sales for 3 years when I joined and it was eye opening the amount of things I’d been taught by mentors over the years that were simply outdated tactics. As soon as I went through the trainings and Jeremy and the various other coaches began to teach me the NEPQ process, I could start to recall all of tactics I was previously taught and how they were meant to work, but ultimately they were ultimately triggering massive sales resistance and prospects hated it.

The started in the PRO program for first 3 months, before upgrading to Inner Circle and taking 1:1 sessions with coach Luke. The level of support, communication, and quality of the coaches are top notch. If you are willing to put in the work and apply feedback, amazing results can follow.

$ales

Well,I really enjoyed the journey I’ve been on with 7th Level. From the tutorials up to this point. The you tube videos really highlighted what the teachings of Jeremy. It is so rewarding to take a look at yourself and feel confident in what you’re doing, go back when you mess up and understand what to fix. It’s like understanding how to spell… like wait “the E before the D only if it follows after a c. It’s comforting to know and trust your work…
Organization wise, it could use some help. In guidance as well, but only if you’re committer.I’m in Mexico by the way,as I write this, if I can do it I hope you can too.

Waste of money and time

Waste of money and time. $8000 down the drain. The industry I was selling in was high level med device, and the “coach” assigned to me was a dude bro who sold fitness equipment and tried to push me to pay thousands more to talk to Jeremy. He never helped me really learn their sales process and then wanted me to pay thousands more to have a call with Jeremy? Yeah, no. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

7th Level Experience

Did Inner Circle back in 2021. Totally changed my sales career trajectory.

I'm a very private person but saw Jeremy's email about leaving an honest review if I had success through 7th level because it could help someone reading this.

I did. So felt I should share.

Hope this helps someone out there.

PS: date of experience doesn't let me go back to 2021.

They charged me 10,000 and promised 1-1 coaching and meeting each week. They then only had availability in the middle of the work day and expect you to just miss work to listen to them blab on and on about how you need to get the pain points and lead the client to the answer themselves. Not worth the money or the predatory sales techniques.

First Year Experience with NEPQ

Great coaching with Luke, helped me go from a bumbling shy customer service grunt with 0 sales experience.

To producing over $200k in auto insurance premium within my first 6 months,

If you speak with anyone to get started, talk to Drew, he is the best.

Just make sure you get the full monthly payment details before signing anything if you speak with anyone besides Drew when signing up.

Measurable results in my 1st month

Measurable results in my 1st month of training! I came off a 45 day skid and then bonused September, my first full month of training. I've now doubled my commitment with 7th Level because there's so much more room to get better and they are the reason I'm getting better.

7th Level came across my feed one day…

7th Level came across my feed one day in a time where I needed to update my approach to the market. In my experience as a 10 yr veteran salesperson, I was witnessing the changing of the decision maker and with that, the sensibilities of how things are bought and sold. Jeremy and his team have given voice to how we can best play our part as professionals, helping to ensure our own success but also the success of this economy for the foreseeable future. It's a philosophical change, putting the empathetic approach, and very direct communication at the forefront of the conversation.
