The lady's name was Abby she was very helpful very nice very polite and actually did what she said that she would do and actually went out of her way to try to help me and even looked up stuff for me so my opinion is very good very helpful I have a few things to wrap up on my end and when I do hopefully they'll be able to get me a loan

What a great communication & service totally blown by their service and work ethics!! I reached out them after talking to Rocket Mortgage and sent an online message. Dalton reached out and asked all necessary questions, he is very professional, polite and easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to ensure client is taken cared properly. He helped me along the way tremendously and kept me updated of the progress via emails, texts and calls so no weird unsure moments were there. he provided full disclosures and made sure my loan was funded per my likeness in timely manner.
