Lee Wald was awesome! On top of everything and great sense of urgency to make sure we had no surprises. Even got our clear to close a few days early. And we closed in 30 days. Great experience with A-1 every time!

Quick and helpful
We just did our 1st home loan and Marty from A1 mortgage was really helpful and helped us get our loan quick. We didn’t really have too many issues and if we did Marty jumped on it and helped sort it out. Above and beyond customer service and he always stays in contact. I definitely recommend using A1

Excellent experience from start to finish. Appreciated the open/honest service - not pushy at all and answered all questions. A great experience
A great experience! This was the 2nd time that I used A-1 for mortgage services. Melissa Baum was great, the process went quick and smooth. The whole group at A-1 was very accommodating. Would definitely use again!

Jocelyn was amazing as always
Jocelyn was amazing as always. I do not think the woman ever sleeps. LOL, We had a quick close required and she even fixed a hiccup at closing seamlessly. I would not use anyone else but her for a mortgage loan. Best service ever. Thank you so much Jocelyn.

I was pretty amazed
I was pretty amazed. I have very good credit so I was very up front with what I was looking for to refinance my house. I wasn’t badgered or feed a lot of BS. They just double checked my credit and was able to meet my interest rate goal without charging me any extra at closing. Went pretty smooth and provided a Notary to come to my house for the final signing of documents. For me, they did good.
