My dog passed away.
I forgot to cancel the subscription.
When I saw the new order I cancelled the subscription.
The order arrived and customer service refunded the order and allowed me to donate the food instead of returning.
Was very impressed with their understanding and their condolences for the loss of my dog.

Really happy with AATU food
Really happy with AATU food. My dog absolutely loves it and eats it very happily. The quality seems excellent and we’ve had a very good experience with the brand.
It’s just a shame that there are now so few options for cats apart from chicken, as we used to really like their other recipes too. Hopefully AATU will introduce some new cat food flavours in the future.
Overall, very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend.

Very poor service from this company.
Very poor service from this company.
My subscription order came and out of 12 cans in 2 packs, 10 cans were bashed. The packs had already been opened as the cellophane packaging had been split open.
Contacted the company immediately and was told that this must have happened during automated packaging, even though the packs were already split open!! I even enclosed photographs.
Told they would not replace the cans as they allow for so many bashed tins.....funny how I seem to have been given them all. I would not pick cans of dog food that were dented if I was buying from a shop, so why should I accept this when I pay a premium price for AATU dog food.
Even though AATU have said they will be fine to feed my dog, my vet has advised not to use them, due to our dog having a sensitive stomach, so money wasted!!!!!!!!!!!
With the price you pay for AATU dog food, I would have expected better. Customer service is shocking.
