The quality of the brand and product is excellent and I recommend. I've been feeding my healthy and active English Springer Spaniel on this brand since he was a pup. He's now 6.

From purchase to my tilly eating this food was a pleasure, my dog likes nothing from being a puppy all food ends up in my bin but this food she will eat occasionally and that's good enough for me

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I’ve got an order worth nearly £100 I need to return. I have emailed and requested a return but not heard anything back. Their terms state I must have requested a return and awaited approval before returning product. How am I supposed to do this when they don’t reply to emails?!

I have found that
I have found that, since switching to this dog food, my dog has more energy and sends to enjoy his walks more, not as lethargic as he was and generally seems happier and more content.

Discount was removed before payment and I was charged the full amount. I had to refuse the delivery because you could not cancel it and reorder with using the discount code, ensuring that I put it in at the end during the payment part. All a little frustrating and needless.
