The show is absolutely amazing. Still not sure how it's done, but that's part of the magic. Just accept the experience and you will love it. However, do eat beforehand, the food is dreadful. There w... Voir plus

Taylor was good but Abba.....
Went to see Taylor swift, ABBA blew her away as a production. What an amazing experience and nothing compares to the visual magic of standing on the dance floor. Was blown away. Would have been perfect if the songs were just their best hits and the animation was axed. Was impossible to tell from the dance floor that the group were avatars. This is the game changer for concerts on smaller scales.
If Taylor can create a production like this with her music the concert landscape changes forever.
Abba you have introduced the next era of concert interactions. Just amazing !!
Big rip off by ticketmaster
I am disgusted with how the ticketmaster is ripping the public off to get abba voyage tickets. I wanted to order 2 tickets so my partner and I could go for his 60th birthday. They are charging nearly 100£ extra on tickets. What I thought I was buying was 2 tickets at 114£ each but when got to the checkout I was being charged over 300£. This is totally disgusting. I wanted it to be special not only because its his 60th but also a year anavisery of his dad's death. Its totally unacceptable and have now refused to buy tickets.

Overall I enjoyed it but felt very shortchanged, it opened with two songs that we didn’t know and left out hits we wanted to hear. The avatars were impressive but we didn’t appreciate the animation that played throughout two songs, for the price of the tickets and the weeks and weeks of sell out nights you would think that they would have full production avatars for the whole concert, they must be making a fortune.
We did, however, enjoy the old Eurovision footage of Waterloo. The lighting was quite impressive but the sound quality wasn’t the best. It all seemed to be over very quickly too, not the best but worth seeing as long as you like abba.
Fantastisk teknik
Fantastisk teknik, mycket överaskningar, bra ljud, men kunde varit bättre mixat.... häftiga ljusshower
Frågan om man ger denna show 1 eller 5 stjärnor tror jag beror på förväntningar och hur många liknande shower man sett ( finns nog inte många )
Abba voyage
We were very disappointed and think it was well over rated. The sound was poor, the band was amazing, not worth the money we paid. Very disappointing.
A wonderful and impressive event
A wonderful and impressive event. I was there the day before yesterday with my mother. It was a gift from me and my son to my mother on the occasion of her 80th birthday and we traveled from Hamburg, Germany, especially for this. We gave her a gift to visit the ABBA Arena using VR glasses and a self-made video. I would have liked to take a souvenir photo for her with her and the ABBAtars in the background, but they threatened to leave the event if anyone took photos or videos. The books for this event were also only available in English. That's sad.
Nevertheless, my mother was and still is very impressed and still raves about it.
The 4 stars are only given because of this threat of having to leave the event if...
Just a cash-cow
Of course, like or dislike the music is not the question. Be preped to wait in line on a rainy and cold day with no shelter and later on in a windy half-outdoor lobby, better use the bathroom at home - as the infrastructure is not made for a venue packed with 3000 visitors, have a lunch or dinner somewhere else before or after in case you dont feel addicted to overprized instant-food. The show itself, its relaxing to watch a loop of swedish snowfall before it starts, followed by watching at a screen where 4 shrinked dolls are doing hyper-elastic-phantastic movements, but half of the show is an anime-movie. My (healthy) ears didnt like the technically sound quality. The visual impression what is hanging from above is interesting. Lot of flickering lights, mirrors, lamps, bling-bling, snowballs, and something more. So if you are into technology its a nice thing - plus some music. Not sure if there is propper A/C inside. Dont think about ticket price and its relation to the product. Whats really tragic is the so called dance-floor. There is no space to dance or even move, its looks, smells and feels like a refugee-camp or a density-experiment. Virtuality placed in reality can be exhausting.

We attended with a wheelchair user and we were escorted from the car park through to our chairs staff were very helpful and the disabled facilities were very good. We loved the show was amazing.
Emperors new clothes
This all feels a bit "emperors new clothes" - its literally watching a 90 minute music video on a big television but for some reason people are acting like they've actually been to an Abba concert. Maybe the legion of giddy middle aged women in their polyester flares just don't get out much but seriously - we were so bored we walked out with 20 minutes to go. Crazy waste of money - just play their best hits at max volume at home and flick your lights on and off a few times
An overpriced movie
An overpriced movie, bordering on daylight robbery. The 3D/hologram effect was better in the sharkboy and lavagirl movie. ABBA only ‘perform’ for half the set, the rest of the time you’re watching budget Japanese anime in 4fps. It’s no wonder video recording is strictly prohibited. Scam
Incredible - Best show in London!! AAAAA+++++
Incredible show, just had my 3rd visit! the technology used to put this show together is mind blowing, the show is flawless, the state of the art and what an incredible set list -take no notice of the sad cases leaving comments below such as the one expecting a tribute act, the one from the lady complaining she was told she would have to leave if she didn't stop filming the show with her phone 45 minutes after she was told not to, and the one moaning that she arrived late after buying the ticket from a 3rd party and not bothering to look at the start time - get there at least an hour early, it's an experience and yes it's like a real concert except flawless AAAAAAA+++++++ Thank you for the music and this amazing show Benny and Bjorn
Epic Genius
Visually this epic performance is indescribable! You have to see it to comprehend the full appreciation of this immersive experience.
The 'Abbatars' are eerily lifelike with about 95% or more accuracy. Its only the fact that we know they aren't the real ABBA that makes us scrutinise what we are seeing from the offset with critical observation.
Their dance moves, the way their clothing flows, hair movement is perfect. The fact that I refer to the Abbatars as they, them or their and not objects does rather confirm the realism I witnessed. What doesn't fool the eye 100% are their skin tones and eyes under reflective spotlights which I would give a 95% score and obviously the inability to react on a personal level which hasn't been achieved... yet!
Appart from that, once you get into the show and the music it really feels like ABBA is with you performing as their former selves. You can't fool the human brain on this one, because it's not real, so it's natural to look for flaws as your mind is tricked into bouncing between fantasy and reality.
The very end of the show after the performance was the most realistic for me, but I won't disclose what that was because I prefer not to add a spoiler.
To be honest I think this pushes AI technology to its utmost limit and fullest capability of what we can achieve for now. Its not quite 'Star Trek' holodeck, but my word its scarily close! Abba appear 3 dimensional from every angle and appear as a solid.
The live band and backing singers are excellent. Every area of the arena gets a great view. The show has a non-stop wow factor that just blows you away.
My only criticism would be that occasionally the sound had distortion which I don't think was the audio equipment but rather the arena structure, fabric and enclosed space which may be acoustically confined vs output in the attempt to stage a large concert environment.
There are nearly 300 speakers at this venue, which works out to roughly 1 speaker for every 10 people. Apart from that, this show seems flawless within its technological boundaries and capabilities. It breaks new ground using AI technology, fooling the eye, to witness the impossible.
In my opinion this work truly deserves a full 5 stars. Go see it, I guarantee you will not be disappointed, it rocks!
Thank you ABBA and all of the people involved in this project for giving me an experience of pure joy I will cherish and never forget. Just like your music and lyrics your perfectionism is a prominent theme for this ground breaking performance. Your dedication, passion and loyalty to your work and to your fans has always been your strong point and a key factor to your well deserved and continuing success.
What a fantastic show
What a fantastic show. Highly recommend. We had access seats and we was all looked after by Josh. He was amazing and went above and beyond. Can’t thank you enough. The show was so well done. Can’t understand the bad reviews it was amazing.
Lovely nostalgia, but overpriced policed show
Really loved this show, it was fairly easy to get to and the venue was good, but started to flood when it rained. The songs were fab and I enjoyed the way they tried to have the abbastars interact by telling some stories. They looked great on stage, however, on the big screens, they looked just like good game graphics. Unlike some others i loved the video of the boy, however was disappointed that Waterloo was just the footage from Eurovision. The worst thing was the ushers. So focused on catching people with their phones that they were constantly walking up and down in front of us. At least 4 of them . I didn't realise there would be people going back n forth for the whole 90 mins. It really felt extra 'policed' for what it was. I have never experienced this behaviour at any show or concert. So, go and enjoy a trip back in time but don't sit on the seats near the walkways because you will just be distracted by the overly militant staff.
The light effects and the graphics ok
The light effects and the graphics, were impressive The stadium was amazing for a real concert but there was some weird dubbing going on poor music quality vastly overpriced and a bit weird and far too short a programme for the price. We saw a tribute band a few years ago in a large theatre and they soon got the audience going, whereas this show turned out to be a very damp squib in comparison
Very disappointed
Since this has come out I've been wanting to get tickets but couldnt afford it so I finally got 2 tickets to go 15th july 3pm me and my sister in law left over an hour before the time and we was only coming from leytonstone so we had plenty of time to eat an grab a drink in the arena so we got a cab we was stuck in traffic all the rds were closed off because westham was having a monster truck event over 30 thousand people so we was told go this way ho that way to end up back to where we was pudding lane station was also closed so time was gettin on we ended up getting out the cab at 3.45 but no where near the arena coz we was gettin told go this way by the security there was no emails or a ythink to say about all the roads being closed so end up not goin coz by the time we had got there show was over I waited so long to find the money to get tickets so I could finally go but didnt end up getting there because of the roads and the station closed off so no fault of ours I am very dissapointed an upset and I cant find a number to speak to someone about this it's all virtal and it's wrong I've lost out because off this
The light effects were good
The light effects were good. We were seated in row A and it mostly felt fake. The stadium was amazing for a real concert but there was some weird dubbing going on sometimes which was totally unconvincing. Plus the Avatar film in the middle - what was that all about. I’m guessing that if we were seated right at the front it may have been better but all in all a disappointment, and not worth the money.
Great show but spoiled by overcrowding and staff attitudes
The show itself was great but had drunk people by us on the dance floor bumping and falling into us, spilling drinks and then swearing at us. The ushers/security did not act to help us even though they were stood just behind us on the steps and could see what was happening and we asked for help. We went out of the auditorium and spoke to the manager who suggested that we moved to the side steps. He did not accompany us back in or check that we were ok. We tried to but it was so crowded that we encroached on those already there and again all the ushers were interested in was getting us off the steps and into the overcrowded throng asap. After the show which finished at 2.40 (later than advertised) there were enormous queues for the ladies - insufficient capacity at peak times it seems. This left five minutes to get a drink (having been in a very hot environment) and visit the shop which they announced were both closing at 3pm. Having got a drink we were told abruptly by another member of security staff that we couldn’t drink it in the venue as it was closing. When we picked it up to take it outside with us we were told by the same man we couldn’t take it out with us either. He then stood over us while we hurriedly had to gulp the drinks. Why oh why don’t they just keep the venue open for an hour after the show? They stand to make more money and have people leave happy and relaxed, rather than being rudely ushered like sheep from a pen having spent hundreds of pounds for a joyful experience. So top marks for the tech but an experience marred by overcrowding, a mean closing window and poor care and attitude of staff.
Disgusting
The venue and the show was brilliant I was evicted dir dancing 3 inches over the line the security bloke acted like I was a terrorist running to tell everyone and when the main security came the bloke in question was kicking off with a friend I was with like an animal the head of security clearly saw this bloke had no people skills and to me was straight out of belmarsh prison when I questioned the head of security about this person he didn't even know anything about him totally disgusted spoilt a good day
