I totally echo what the majority said about the awful dungarees that were sold. I wish I’d seen this before I fell into that trap! Item does not look like what’s in the pictures. Crap quality and the worst fit ever!! Soo expense, I could kick myself for forking out that amount of money. Total con artists! Zero response to any of my emails to return. Save yourself the pain, money and stress - Avoid Abbey London if you can.

As many others, ordered following an advert on sponsored advert on Facebook. Should have read the reviews here first! Poor quality, overinflated pricing. Feels like a legitimised scam!!
Flimsy polyester/Spandex mix. Dungarees not as advertised - certainly NOT cotton, nor worth the "sale price" of £34!
Online trading standards should investigate surely?
Having read other accounts of pursuing claim/refund and poor communication from sellers, I'll use them for walk from beach to campsite, and sadly chalk it up to experience....

I bought these dungarees through an ad on Facebook 😬 they arrived today. They are comfortable but very cheap but my gripe is these are not the same as advertised at all. On the add the material looks more substantial and is embroidered. This material is a thin cheap jersey like material with the print of embroidery.

Fake advertising. I feel scammed. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Poor quality

Absolutely disgusting communication. Item was a horrible stretchy, skin hugging material which they claim is cotton. Refunds are a joke you have to send back to china which I have but will probably never see the money again. Thier website claims to have 4.5/5 on trustpilot too so that's obviously a lie too. Will be reporting this company for false advertising too

Do not use this company. Total scam as others have written. Cotton blend dungarees were polyester/spandex. Advice..take photos of original advert, take photos of items including fabric label and shipping cost quota. I have today received a full refund from PayPal First you need to make a dispute’ and escalate to a claim after being offered 30% refund. When you get nowhere (because it costs so much to return)..actually phone PayPal, and say you want to make a claim.Pay pal then puts you through to an actual person.I spoke to Ethan who reviewed the case online and issued an immediate refund. Now I have 2 pairs of unreturnable and unusable dungarees.. Lucky ole me..but I also have my money back

what an absolute rubbish item, nothing like the photos, wafer thin and crappy nylon type material, chinese rubbish. People dont waste your money.

I returned items to a London address from the label - big mistake!! They are refusing to refund my money less the postage because I didn't follow their procedure and have offered 20% of the total. I have contacted my credit card company, they are going to try and refund the money but......
I am not holding my breath. Cheap shoddy goods, so I have potentially lost £75. SO BUYER BEWARE

My Oder took nearly two weeks to get here. Sent an online message to enquire where my order was, still not had a reply. Order arrived today, absolutely shocked at how cheap and flimsy the material is and was £35. Really not happy at all and can’t find a number to speak to someone about this 😡

Dungarees are awful, nothing like the advertisement...if I had spent £10 then I would of written it off but the price they are charging is scandalous for the actual product!! I have emailed asking how I return them but so far no response!!

Looks like we were all taken in by those photos of the lovely dungarees, only to find they were made from flimsy, cheap, synthetic material - that I can't even touch. Contacted them about a refund and got no response, so I'll give them to charity shop, who'll probably just put them in the bin.

I wish I had come on here before I bought a pair of dungarees! For a start I felt uneasy as somehow AI got involved with my card number & they wanted me to download an app to track delivery which I have never done before & thought was weird. Needless to say I didn't & chased by email. When the dungarees arrived .. what rubbish! Horrible material, cheap, nasty & with a nasty cheap & non 3D print. They are a bit like a baby gro with the arms & shoulders just cut out. They look & are nothing like shown in the advert. I've been done!

Item size is ridiculous wanting to return but web site does not produce contact form as suggested. emails go unanswered

As with others DO NOT BUY from this website. It is a scam. Ordered 2 pairs of cotton blend dungarees and received 2 pairs of polyesters / spandex appalling dungarees. I wrote to complain they are using a .co.uk email address which makes you think you are buying from a UK site you are not. As with others I was offered 10% or 20% off another purchase. I complained to my Credit Card Co and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. If I could give them zero I would.

Absolutely awful.. sweat shop clothing shiped from China with no chance of getting your money back.... its a con, should be close down. The government need to get control of the web as its no longer a safe place to shop.
The photos of the clothing are a miss representation...false advertisements..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

Took ages to deliver item when it arrived it was very poor quality nothing like the description I emailed to get return details and I can’t get a response from them

This company is dreadful at any sort of communication. Product not as described or even looking like pictures, poor quality. Tried to return, for refund, not willing to communicate, offered 10% or 20% and purchase another product. Do not buy from them Not British.. products from China

Awful. A complete con. The dungarees in the photo are not the ones you get. Then they want you to pay to return back to China. Do not waste your money

The product was not as advertised, cheap material I certainly would not have paid what I did if I had known the poor quality. Trying to get your money back is a chore. The product is made in China and sent from there to an outlet in London. But when you want to return the item you have to send to China and all that entails. All to put you off claiming because they do not want the item back. I have eventually got 1/3rd of my money back by contacting Pay Pal. So if anyone is in the same situation after buying from this site, going via your credit card or whoever you paid with. It might help. Otherwise always be very careful of these AI adds, they are a scammers dream.

Very poor quality dungarees. Shapeless, and made from horrible, “synthetic” fabric. Confirmation email never arrived. And delivery took ages (unsurprising since they seem not to be in London!!
I’ve just thrown them in the bin and written it all off to experience. Should have checked out reviews first!!
