Excellent service from both Sophie and Effie. Did get a little confused when I had an email request to pay the premium on-line after I had given my payment details over the phone. Turned out that I had paid already and that the payment prompt had been sent by mistake. Check with them if you get one and are not expecting it.

Very easy to talk to and best prices when you compare with others.

I'm a difficult customer and can't fault them. They've saved me money two years running.
