Had my contents insurance renewed by The lovely Monique de Jager yesterday. As always the whole process was quick and easy. I also insure four cars (!) with Abbeygate and find them brilliant to deal with. A great bunch of guys and gals who feel more like friends than insurance agents.

Renewal papers sent through in a timely manner, premium was fine.

On payment, renewal document came through as expected.

Dealt with Eden in the Abbeygate office today. Explained process of a change to car insurance I needed and dealt with very efficiently. Thanks. Pleasure doing business with Abbeygate. They have a good understanding of the needs of expats that don’t reside in Cyprus permanently etc.

I recently visited Abbeygate’s Paphos Office for the need to take out a Travel Insurance and a car insurance for which l found the Advisor, Monique polite, knowledgeable and helpful following which l did take out the necessary insurances at premium costs which suited my pocket. I have been taking out insurances with Abbeygate for the past eight years without any problems. They present a good service.

Service from Abbeygate was very fast, efficient and professional. I got home insurance, immigration insurance and medical insurance. All 3 quotes were dealt with quickly, and all enquiries answered immediately. Very comprehensive and clear information with the medical insurance and also price matched a quote I had gotten elsewhere. I dealt with Scott for 2 of my quotes and Danny for 1, both were excellent and a first class customer experience.

My thanks to Danny for arranging my house insurance. So easy and so quick. No need for me to go comparing a range of companies. I received what I thought was a fair offer that meets my needs. Always very friendly and easy to deal with. Much appreciated.

There is no difference between the staff with regards to how each treats you over the phone or in person. Always Cheerful unlike most in Cyprus which are full of numptys who don't know what 3rd party is. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Keep up the great work Abbeygate.

An excellent company to do business with, team are knowledgeable and proactive and really look to find the best 8nsurance for you, but better than all of that is a customer service ideal that is like going back in time, being able to speak the real humans who know their job and are helpful and do exactly what they say is refreshing to say the least , can not recommend highly enough.
