Very pleased with my new Kia Sportage
Very pleased with my new Kia Sportage. The process was fairly simple and Mark and the team at the office were very professional. The car was delivered a bit early, (07:15) and I could have ready done with a bit of a show round the various switches a d buttons, before the delivery guy went. But overall a very slick operation

I recently received a Kia PV5 from Acorn, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the overall experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable—nothing was ever too much trouble.
A special mention goes to Louis, who handled everything seamlessly and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.
In fact, we were so impressed with the level of service that we’ve already ordered a second vehicle through Acorn with Louis. That alone speaks volumes about the experience we had.

Amazing experience
My experience dealing with Acorn has been absolutely faultess. There is one chap in particular called Toby who has been outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service ethos is 10 out of 10. Give this chap a payrise! The delivery of the car was also a very positive experience . Acorn arranged the delivery of the car early on the day, exactly as I requested in the first place. The chap who delivered the car was very polite and courteous. If there is a minor degree of criticism this would be around the quality of valet... I think the dealership who valeted the vehicle could have done slightly a better job.. But like I said this is a minor point. All I can say to folks who are looking to lease a car with Acorn, do not hesitate at all. They are amazing,

A smooth & satisfactory leasing experience - highly recommended
The support from Mark and the team at ABC made the whole process of leasing my Kia EV4 very straightforward. Although the selected finance company proved rather tricky to work with, requiring rather a lot of personal financial information, Mark supported me through that process in order to get the best deal. We are extremely happy with the car, and the couple of minor initial niggles after delivery were handled swiftly & satisfactorily. Would definitely recommend

Great Service When Leasing My Kia Sportage
I picked up a Kia Sportage today which I leased through this company, which I booked a few weeks ago. Toby arranged everything, was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. When I collected the car, he also took the time to go through the controls with me which was really helpful. Great service and I would definitely recommend them.
