We used Ablesurveyors for a Level 3 survey on 06/07/2026, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and responsive, and they booked our survey in very quickly.

The report was turned around within just one day and was easy to understand, with everything explained clearly. Dean was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer and clarify all of our questions promptly.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the service exceeded our expectations. We would 100% recommend Ablesurveyors to our friends and family.

We recently used Able Surveyors for the purchase of a new property and had an excellent experience with our level 3 survey. From start to finish, the process was incredibly efficient. Our survey was arranged and completed, with the full report returned, in less than a week and in comparison to other quotes we got they were very reasonably priced.

In comparison, a friend of mine who made an offer on a property just three days after us, has been waiting over a month just to have their survey carried out. The difference in service really stood out.

The report produced was clear, easy to read, and thoughtful - offering an overall opinion, a summary of suggested repairs and associated costs to consider, as well as a thorough breakdown of many different aspects of the property, The report is produced with a traffic light rating system (green, yellow, red), which easily allowed my wife and I to understand what was working well, and the potential issues with the property.

As well, the company was easy to communicate with both before and after the survey.

We requested a Level 3 survey and they were able to provide a quote instantly. Once we agreed to go with them they were very quick in organising the survey and were able to get it booked in for the next week. After they completed the survey they got a full report back to us the next day which was great. It clearly laid out the concerns with the property and provided simple explanations for areas of concern with plenty of resources for what to do next and the costs of various fixes. First time buyer of a flat on the top floor of a converted period property. Able Surveyors were able to give a quote for a RICS Level 3 survey that was not much more expensive than a RICS Level 2 from other companies so it was a bit of a no brainer.

Survey was booked within a week of payment and Ross had the survey in my inbox at 9am the next day! Survey was detailed with photographic evidence of everything he looked at. I specifically asked Able surveyors to double check the roofing and timber which they did!
