Took over six weeks to receive my ABN and business name with a one off communication at the start that it would take a couple of days. No communication was made to let me know how the process was going. Glad I finally got it, but some communication would have been appreciated.

What is the point of paying nearly $100 when I should have just gone to ABR.gov and got my ABN for free? Absolute rip off and thoroughly disappointed when I found out. Struggling financially to prepare my business and finding out that I've been ripped off is greatly displeasing. I would hope that there is some benefit worth my money to this that I am yet to see. Will not recommend to anyone.

They sent the paperwork in to register my business name and reactivate my ABN to save me having to do it. I ended up doing it anyways. They gave the wrong information so I was on the phone to change my trading location, I also had to call ASIC for a question and when I told them about my service they asked for my ABN and connected my business name INSTANTLY! I wasted $200 for something I had to end up doing myself.

The staff member that i dealt with (Ruben) made this a very simple process for me thanks.

I am pleased with the service provided which was prompt and quite satisfying.

This has all been new to me as I've never done anything like this before.
Couple this with still getting used to all this modern technology and the equipment to perform it and you can see why this needed to easy and clear to me.

scamming business owners with Charging abn fees for apparent instant ABN numbers when they don't even register as approved!

Simple and easy to do. If there's any questions, the chat screen is available and it's all explained with the little '?' next to the question.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company and now to top it off my business certificate was a blank pdf file.

Had to follow everything up myself to get the ball rolling, both with the business name registration and ABN registration. Complete waste of money! ABNregistration says 3 working days. After one month i am still asking them what is going on with my application and they keep sending me messages saying i need to wait 3 business days. I ended up contacting the taxation office and ASIC and finalizing the process myself because ABNregistration did not supply them with the correct information. Useless, money grabbing, incompetent organisation!!!

I am shocked that i was not informed of this situation.
