I cannot recommend Absolute Care Services (ACS) enough. When I first started working with ACS, I felt overwhelmed by the state of my home and my life. My home had become so cluttered that I was embarrassed to let anyone in, and my mental health was at an all-time low. ACS not only helped me transform my living space but also helped me rediscover my confidence and happiness.
From the very first visit, my care worker treated me with kindness and understanding. Together, we made a plan to tackle my clutter, one room at a time. The kitchen was our first project, and I couldn’t believe the difference after just a few visits. My countertops are now clear, my cupboards are organised, and I’ve rediscovered my love for cooking. Instead of relying on takeaways, I’m now preparing healthy, home-cooked meals every day; something I never thought I’d be able to do again.
ACS didn’t just stop at decluttering. They helped me regain control of my life. With their encouragement, I’ve tackled my bedroom, started taking better care of myself, and even booked my own appointments at the hairdresser and dentist. For the first time in years, I feel like I’m living again, not just getting by.
One of the biggest milestones for me has been reconnecting with my family. I recently invited my son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren for dinner, a first for me, and I’ve been asked to babysit my grandchildren overnight. These moments mean the world to me, and I wouldn’t have been able to achieve them without ACS’s support.
I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My home is no longer a source of shame but a place I’m proud of. Thank you, ACS, for giving me my life back. I truly couldn’t have done it without you.

My father moved into Dymond House last year and since he moved in it has been life changing. The turn around in my father has been unbelievable and it has made such a positive impact on all our lives. He is well looked after by the team and is very comfortable and happy in his new home. The carers are very respectful and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble, they even arranged a tea party for his birthday this year which was above and beyond. Simone the manager is very friendly, proactive, approachable and very understanding. A lovely person to deal with.

I now have peace of mind because I know my father is safe and well looked after. A credit to all the team at ACS who are the best. Thank you.

ACS take care of our mother in her sheltered housing home. The team are great and we can rest knowing she is being taken care of in every aspect. They have her best interests at heart and help us as a family to navigate this difficult time as her dementia progresses. They go above and beyond to make sure she is happy and respect her dignity. She is younger than the other residents and they take this into consideration too. Mum loves to dance and the ladies dance with her through music on her Alexa. We know that we can talk to the team about mum at anytime and they’re always happy to help. We would be lost without them! Thank you for all that you do 😊

After having to move my mum from another care home as she wasn’t happy I have to say the change in her is fantastic. The staff and especially I have to say, the manager Simone at Dymond House are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble she literally goes above & beyond. It is always so reassuring when your loved one is so happy and comfortable around others it means so much. Thank you all so much.

It’s been a nice experience working with this reputable company as a Carer. I have worked with ACS for almost 2 years now and I’ve enjoyed my time at the company.
I so much value ACS for its commitment to diversity and inclusion, I love how the company intentionally seeks out staffs from diverse culture which makes the environment feels welcoming for everyone. My sister moved to Dymond House in October 2023, The care and support that she receives is amazing. The carers are very friendly and respectful.
The two managers for the housing and care are absolutely lovely and always there to help.
My sister now has a more fulfilled life with regular activities and visits to the day centre which helps keep her mind active.
The properties are large bright flats with lots of attention to detail to help make life easier.
I would definitely recommend Dymond House for any one living with dementia.

Our mother moved in Dymond House last year October, she has dementia.
The general building is modern,bright and well kept.

The housing manager is very approachable and deals with a y housing queries quickly

The care manager responds to emails quickly and has an hands on approach. She clearly builds positive relationships with the people that live here.mum has become very fond of her.Any issues with care she responds to immediately and one can walk into her office without prior notice which is lovely. There are a team of support staff arround mum.They are kind and caring .Mum is dressed everday in preparation for the daycentre she attends. attends .She is happy and very comfortable with the staff.
Generally the environment is safe and secure for the residents. We are kept up to date with any changes or activities that take place with a monthly newsletter.As a family we feel very happy with the care our mum is receiving

ACS have been brilliant with the care of my Grandmother. The carers coming in are very respectful and always go out of their way to ensure my granny is happy and comfortable. Definitely would recommend Absolute Care Services to other people who are seeking care for their family members. Also to point out their office member Larni is very helpful and accommodating.
