Compassionate care

My elderly father started a care package 2 years ago following a hip operation. The care has been adapted to suit his needs as they have changed over time.

He is very happy with the care provided by the carers and the company.

Cherelyn and Roderick operate a family run, professional business where the care provided is compassionate and patient centered.

In recent times they have met with and communicated with our family as my father’s care needs have developed. This was done with compassion, kindness and professionalism and of course included my father in the discussions.

I would highly recommend their company.

Outstanding Compassionate Care for My Mum Until the Very End

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my mum received from her care team at Unified Home Care.
From the very beginning, the staff and manager showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and dedication. The care provided was truly individualised, always tailored to my mum’s personal needs, preferences, and dignity. It was clear that her wellbeing, comfort, and independence were at the heart of everything they did.
The carers consistently demonstrated kindness, patience, and respect, treating my mum with warmth and understanding while also offering reassurance to our family. Their caring attitude went far beyond basic duties—they built trust and provided emotional support, which made a real difference during a challenging time.
Even during her final days before she sadly passed away in January, the team continued to show outstanding compassion, sensitivity, and kindness. Their support during such a difficult and emotional time meant more to our family than words can fully express. They cared for my mum with dignity and gentleness right until the end, which brought us great comfort.
The manager was equally outstanding, ensuring communication was excellent, care plans were thoughtfully managed, and any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Their leadership created a reliable, supportive, and compassionate care environment.
I am deeply grateful for the dedication of the entire team. Unified Home Care provided not only high-quality professional support but also genuine kindness and humanity. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking personalised, respectful, and dependable care for a loved one.

Compassionate, professional and attentive

I cannot speak highly enough of the care my mother has received from Unified Homecare. From the very beginning, their team has been professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive to her needs. The carers who visit daily are not only reliable and well-organised, but they also bring warmth, patience, and genuine kindness into the home.

What has stood out most is the consistency and dignity with which they treat my mother. They take the time to engage with her, ensuring she feels comfortable and respected, rather than simply completing tasks. Communication with the office has also been excellent; responsive, clear, and always helpful.

Knowing that my mother is in such capable and caring hands has been a huge reassurance for our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Unified Homecare to anyone looking for high-quality, dependable support for a loved one.

We were lucky enough to have been…

We were lucky enough to have been recommended Unified Home Care , Right from the start I was impressed by the professional and Caring approach from all of the staff , as my Mum has complex care needs. The highly trained staff have a genuinely friendly caring attitude, and have integrated into our family life really well. Always available if you have any questions or help with getting Perception etc. We continue to enjoy our time With Unified Home Care, and definitely recommend them .

Could not Recommend Higher

My Dad recently became very poorly and needed support so that he could stay living in his own home. Unified Home Care were recommended to us and everyone that came to care for Dad were so kind, compassionate and respectful, they could not do enough for him, everyone had Dads best interests at heart and they were always so friendly and cheerful. I cannot recommend Unified Home Care enough, anyone that uses them for support at home are very fortunate.

So grateful for the care

Excellent care from Unified Homecare

Unified Homecare have been helping me to care for my husband for more than 18 months. The carers are all well trained. They arrive promptly, are friendly and helpful and willing to do extra jobs if required.
I would highly recommend them.
