The item I wanted was out of stock but I was informed when it became available again. The tablecloth I ordered was exactly what I wanted and had been searching for. I was pleasantly surprised how good the quality was for such a reasonable price. Excellent communication in answering my questions. Thank you, I was very impressed.

I'd never ordered from Absolute Textiles before. I found them to be a great company to deal with. From the quantities available to order on their website I assume they deal with a lot of trade orders. I can confirm that my little order was packed and delivered promptly and with care.

Quick delivery and a good ordering process, but the towels seem smaller than I anticipated. Of course, I didn't go and measure size for size, but that's a small bath towel. Will know for next time.

Still awaiting a refund due to poor packaging and an item lost in transit, despite 2 emails from them stating they would process a refund. I’m likely going to contact trading standards.

I found the ordering system for choosing the products to be slightly confusing and ended up with a couple of items that were not quite what I wanted. However, everything that arrived is good quality and I am very happy with.

Nice quality cushions. Just a bit disappointed that the piping around my second order was just stitching not actual piping but other than that quite happy with my purchase
