Inefficient after sale service
As I said I could not see a size,my mistake but it should be more prominent,and one size fits an average 16 -18,and would smother a size 12.I contacted the lady and indicated that I ordered in a hurry so contacted the number given,answered the question,gave the order number But because you took so long in replying it was too late to cancel the order My main complaint is that you took so long to reply

The product page for the Bathrobe, mentions that the Bathrobe is a One size and it also gives the full measurements of the Bathrobe. It's a shame this was not read or noticed at the time of placing the order.
By the time the customer contacted us, the order had already been packed and dispatched, so unfortunately it was too late to cancel the order.
