Nightmare in the morning before 9 am to get taxi. Is not just today, but for many years . They seriously need to sorted out that issue.

Efficient safe travel…
I have a taxi on serval occasions back and forward to Basildon hospital or work always found the drivers to be happy polite and helpful , always on time and feel safe travelling with especially with Covid would highly recommend ,and their app is easy to use

Big, strong and reliable
I have been using A&B taxis for the past 13 years, most times they are very punctual and occasionally I have had to rind them up and complain.
Above all, they are very reliable and dependable taxi company in Essex. I will recommend them anytime

Usually on time
Usually on time, mostly friendly drivers, some cabs are not covid safe, no plastic screen, I always wear a mask anyway, reliable, I would have given 4 stars had it not been for their new app, it’s horrendous! Why they didn’t just leave it as it was, much easier to use than the new one, rather than deal with the complicated app I just order value cabs, their app is much easier to use

Friendly and welcoming
I often use A&B taxis to get to work. As a young female they are ALWAYS very welcoming and nice wish is so calming! Never a dull journey and I’d like to thank all the drivers for their great service. Special mention to Steven. Very lovely man! This service is always on time!
