Easy and straightforward enrolment process, Natalie provided very helpful guidance and quick responses to my queries.

Natalie helped me and my Manager with the sign-up process and she was great, she has been very helpful and took the time to discuss things with me and my Manager.

Natalie answered all the questions she made the enrol process very easy.

Samson was so helpful and always called me back on the same day if he was unavailable when I called in with queries. Really professional and smooth enrolment process and enough information provided from real people at the end of a phone or email which is rare these days!

Samson was helpful, attentive, understood what i was looking for and what Acacia is offering. He was able to describe the relevant benefits and was genuinely enthusiastic about the course and people at Acacia.

So far, my experience with the enrollment process with Samson has been great and fast. I haven’t started yet, although I have good expectations about the course.

Both Natalie and Samson have made the enrolment process stress free from start to finish.
After being out of study for 18 months and changing my career direction, they have both been extremely patient and understanding whilst I made my final decision on which level I wanted to complete.
Enrolling and Registering was a seamless process, with everything completed online and outside of office hours, which has enabled me to complete the process in one go.
I am excited to complete my studies with Acacia and look forward to the future.

I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of studying.
