Dean Harrison explained procedures and processes clearly and simply. He had excellent communication skills and was very eager to help in any way. He did not rush through points but gave us time to ask questions...a very professional, diligent and concise person who was clearly an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable.

Equity release
Gabriella Mitchell, our broker, did a fantastic job in explaining everything in a simple, easy to understand way. The whole process was relatively straight forward and completed in about 8 weeks.
Gabriella even went out of her way (whilst on holiday I must add) to ensure a last minute technical hitch was resolved. Certainly over and above expectations.
All in all very happy with the process and service

Thank you for the effort and patience you put into what I think must have been the worst conveyancing of a property I ever experienced or heard of!
There were points in the process when I seriously considered giving up on the whole thing, but you were always so calm and positive that it reassured me that I could get through it. And I did!

Equity Release experience
My Equity Release Journy has just been completed. I cannot thank Tricia Batchelor enough. If it wasn't for her expert experience guiding me through every challenge we cane across and with her explaining in detail the right steps to take. From the very start Dean was helpful understanding and professional, never anything but truthful and honest he made what could have been a difficult process go smoothly from start to finish, the advice he gave us was always in our best interests and after a decision was made he followed all the steps to make from start to end go smoothly.

You really do never know what is round the corner Keith and to be able to help our clients when they need us the most is the reason why we do what we do.
