As soon as we became aware of the issue, we issued a full refund as the item appears to have been lost in transit. Unfortunately, the product is currently out of stock, so we weren’t able to offer a replacement on this occasion.
We didn’t receive any direct contact prior to the review, but we would have happily investigated and resolved this for you right away.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered a phone case for my iPhone. I never received my order and until today I didn’t get any feedback from the customer service regarding my order. Total ripoff! I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to buy here to anyone.

Avoid buying from
Ordered a watch strap but was too long.
Sent back tracked but royal mail said they no longer at at the address - no refund, no way of returning and no reply from any emails.
