Quick & easy, free delivery & returns. Pretty fabrics, colours & designs so choices. Unfortunately, some of the fabrics are thin, so see through which is not always flattering or discreet.

Poor service with little care
Product good. Used express delivery and it was certainly not express - 4 days - and customer care line was not interested

Ear piercing…
I had been considering a new piercing for a while and popped in on the off chance spoke to a lovely assistant who made me feel at ease and carried out my double cartilage piercing. My daughter also decided to have a second piercing. Our experience was excellent carried out by a lovely member of the metro centre team.

Poor delivery experience
I love the item however had an issue with delivery. I requested delivery by pick up from my local post office. Evri advised parcel on the way -but I never received notification it had arrived. I had to check your website. It delayed me collecting and I was unsure where my parcel was. I would not use this delivery method again.

Easy to order and a smooth return process.
Overall, Very happy with Monsoon.
The only criticism is that monsoon should introduce size 10-12, like others, as it’s a big difference/gap between 8-10 and 12-14.

Easy online pickup
Good selection online. Pleased to see similar sunglasses each year so easy for me to replace. Fashion but also simple styles. Ordered online with a voucher code. Was ready in store the next day with free pick up. Very easy.

A perfect order
I placed an order for a same day, click & collect and my order was ready very swiftly. The pieces I ordered are exactly what I was looking for ! A blanket scarf (for an early autumn birthday gift), are the perfect colours for the recipient and a hair claw with a tulip on it, for a lady that loves tulips ! So perfect
